Week 3 on 2.5mg (but stretching doses as suppression so good- only had 2 injections).
brunch- homemade coleslaw. Tea - fish pan fried in garlic and lemon herb butter with salad.

d - this is food protein shake thing - really quite tasty!

last day of my catered course so back to having a bit more control over things tomorrow.

B: scrambled eggs, asparagus, feta, smoked salmon
Green tea
L: melon and prosciutto
D: paprika prawns

Loads of water (3litres ish), clear whey drink, various supplements

Pleased with my food today:

Usual vitamins and supplements (pile getting bigger)
B: Strawberry protein shake with banana and superfoods green powder
L: 3 eggs, spinach, tomatoes, bbq chicken, mini burrata (delicious)
D: Ramen with extra eggs

Yesterday - week 6, 5mg.

B - chocolate flavoured Pro Milk, mug of tea with whole milk.

L - M&S super nutty salad with leftover roast chicken, and an orange.

D - Beef stroganoff and a small portion of steamed rice.

Snack - mug of tea with whole milk and a scoop of collagen, Tunnocks tea cake (inspired by pp upthread, not had one in years!)

1326 calories / 89.7g protein.

Week - can't remember. 16?? 10mg (week 1)

Yesterday.
Breakfast - coffee, a scrambled egg and half a slice of toast
Lunch - Still too full. Forced a couple of pieces of chicken and a couple of baby tomatoes.
Dinner - pork belly and salad.

Today.
Breakfast - coffee
Lunch - burger with salad - left half the bun. An ice cream cone while out with dc.
Dinner - pulled beef, coleslaw, tomatoes.

L: strawberries

D: out for dinner at a Thai restaurant - prawn crackers, sharing platter, Penang duck and coconut rice. Half a bottle of white wine (may well regret it tomorrow!)

Usual supplements - collagen has finally arrived! Clear whey drink, 3 litres of water

B - Tea with whole milk and a scoop of collagen, GetPro mango yoghurt protein drink

L - Slice of tiger bread with chicken breast, salad, and a smear of light mayo

D - Fennel sausage and roast veg pasta, tomato and basil sauce

Snacks - flat white, a chicken leg, a mini Babybel

1299 calories / 105.8g protein

B: lemon clear whey drink. Was very full (and rather nauseous!) after last night's meal out and really could not face eating (that's a first!).
L: sweet chilli hot smoked salmon fillet with a large spoonful of cowboy caviar
D: chicken stir fry

Just reading all tips and I understand the calories and the protein but is there any tips for cards as a gram per day or a % ? I notice people say no refund cards potatoes/ pasta/white bread but is there a calculation I should be aiming for.

B: poached eggs and asparagus. Green tea with collagen powder.
L: sweet chilli hot smoked salmon fillet with a large spoonful of cowboy caviar
D: prosciutto and gala melon

Usual supplements (have added magnesium back in), 3 litres of water, can of Diet Coke (first one in about 3 weeks!)

Can I join in please? Week 1 Day 7 (injected for week 2 this evening after finishing eating!)

B - homemade protein shake with banana, milk, almond butter and cocoa powder. Added psyllium husk for fibre. Lemon and ginger tea with my collagen powder added.
L - some tuna, few cherry tomatoes and cucumber
D - spicy chicken breast with peppers and red onions, crosta & mollica flatbread, salad

1135 calories, 97g protein
