And I have no idea why I'm still getting involved as we had no snow

Another grey drizzly day here.

i don't have any of the monuments in the snow but will see what I can do .......

Done have loaded a couple of pics on my profile sorry don't know how to swing it round. there are 2 of the frozen lagoon / canals and then one with the snow and frozen canal. At the mo the canals and the lagoon look like a giant slush puppie ...

snow warnings for Scotland

sorry am away at the moment, so not available for detailed forecasting Just spotted this. A very active cold front looks set to travel south across the uk overnight bringing heavy rain and for some northern parts snow. Wouldnt be surprised if there was some convective activity with squally winds, lightning etc. Following behind will be snow showers for those in the north west England and Parts of Scotland.

It's been possibly the driest and warmest Feb 1/2 term ever.

met office warnings have been extended and some ice ones added too.

Just got in from walking the dogs. Could see amazing dark clouds coming in. It's now trying to snow but it's 6c and the fecking wind is back.

'orribly wet and cold here in Leicester. Temp has dropped quickly ~ two hours ago it was 8C and now it's 5C.

The squall line moved through here about 1030 ish (I think), it had been raining steadily before that but it got very wild and wet and windy, passed through in about 20 minutes leaving it calmer and now the sun is shining.

Well the attempt at snow lasted about 5 mins. Temp has dropped, but has been really sunny.

that was a bit pathetic lablover!

OYBBK - any thoughts on latest Met Office snow warnings for Essex tomorrow & Mon?

noooooooooooooooo, please say we're not due snow. Ive not seen the weather for a few days due to moving house. Its March now and Ive seen Daffodills so there can't be snow.
