How does one do that?..I've heard of ''Reverse image'' searching, eg, on scam sites, but not sure how one does it.

Tineye is better for exact image matches (as opposed to matching the general type of thing) than Google Lens and has useful results for this image.

Looks like a photo from the late 40's early 50's perhaps and if I had to hazard a guess I'd say he was a gay man at a time when it was criminalised. I've no idea why you would ask or what you might expect - I'm not spiritual in any way, quite the opposite in fact. I worked at the laboratory that Alan Turing worked at (many decades after he had) - that's the only resonance that I can point to to explain why I have said what I have - not that he looks anything like AT.

What makes you think he is gay? He doesn't look different from most men of that era?

Had never done a reverse google search image. I tried it and it didn’t come up with anything. He strikes me as creepy but then I read and watch a lot of mysteries w bad guys in them. And obviously we can’t always trust judging a book by its cover. It could be a good guy, I don’t know. Can we get a few hints at least?? Wonder why some of you were able to get his identity from reverse google search but i couldn’t. It came up with a couple of pictures of someone who look nothing like him, no names.

I find this image a bit creepy in the scary sense. I don’t want to look at it again but the overall feeling I get was that there is some element of horror or tragedy attached to the photo - not saying the subject is the perpetrator.
