A classroom full of teenagers is always going to be a tough gig.

But the MIGS would have understood that, done the prep work for him, and coached him not to look stupid. Or chosen a less challenging event in the first place.

Harry without scaffolding is not a pretty sight.

Could someone archive this article please ? I posted it on the previous HAM thread before realising it is almost full !

It’s interesting the kids are ignoring him because normally kids are happy when normal lessons get disrupted. I remember my year 8 ds coming home and being very excited that Prince Andrew had visited the school for the official opening. ( The plaque was quietly removed a few years ago!)

Oops

Can't they organise anything?

Thanks for the new thread, your Jeffness!

I'm a former teacher. That video of Harry in the classroom looks much like how a teacher acts when they know they don't have the class behind them, too jolly, too OTT, trying to be cool and on their level (H's fake huff as he walks away - I can only imagine one of them huffed and he's trying to cover up by making a joke out of it). Except obviously not cool and on their level.

I kind of admire the whole schools programme that's been created from scratch, that's no mean feat! However, governments are so focused on test scores that the focus is always on that when choosing a school curriculum. I just don't know how embedded it's going to be if it's not connected to some exam at the end.

Sure, subjects like PSHE or whatever, but usually schemes of work for the whole subject are bought in so unless Ingriftus is trying to get their stuff included in some other company's scheme...I don't see how embedded it'll ever be. It'll become something a few schools do in a once-a-year assembly and some work in form time that week, I imagine, at most.

Yes, when we have anyone come in, from any organisation, the students are usually attentive and well behaved, and engaged. It's very interesting to me that they weren't impressed or engaged.

His parents may have given their consent to his image being used, but has he? He may be a minor, but he's old enough to say no to being blasted on social media to advertise a has-been, middle aged, drug addled fool.
Why do they think a confessed drug-user, who hasn't changed his ways, should be going into schools anyway?
I bet I have higher DBS clearance than Harry.

I was thinking the same thing. Recent legislation says that they needed to consent for the cameras to film then, and then agree for that specific video/photo and where it is shown.
It is at least best practice for that age to get permission from both child and parent.

Daily mail has chosen a corker of a photo from the invictus event!! 😁

Oh my actual god.

Thanks for trying new thread Jeff and signing in for duty 🫡

Am I the only person who can hear the kid saying "fuck off" under his breath after "there are 6 cameras in my face"? Is this actually a real clip?

https://x.com/Knesix/status/2101039805668712933

That’s so bad!
He says ‘There are six camera’s in my face - do you really think I’m calm?’

You can tell the way he’s looking at the camera before he speaks how uncomfortable he is.

After them bleating about children on social media, and not putting their own children’s faces online, but happy to use other peoples children for publicity, such a hypocrite

notimagain · 19/09/2026 08:57

Like him or hate him Bush Jnr did a better job of appearing like a calm adult in a classroom on 9/11 than Harry appears to have done yesterday,

It really is bad.
He's speaking through gritted teeth and obviously very annoyed, imo.
In the meantime, Harry is behind him, grinning away, performatively waving his hands and being completely ignored.

If Archie and Lily ever get to bring friends home (security etc notwithstanding) you've got to hope they don't have their father butting in, thinking he's a cool dad 😳

Here’s the video of him being funny not shaking hands when playing pickleball. And then he does a little dance at the end of the video.

And then M brings in the hot chocolate and the kids choke on the flower sprinkles.

Does anyone else think there could be a whiff of truth in this ?

Mylovelygreendress · 19/09/2026 09:09

Sorry didn’t post . Will try again

Mylovelygreendress · 19/09/2026 09:11

Give up . Basically , it was an article saying that the traffic wasn’t the only reason they pulled the DC . Apparently they expected special treatment rather than being the same as other parents . They expected “ additional protocols in keeping with their public stature”
Allegedly.

"The hardest working Royals do a lot of prep behind the scenes, really learn their brief and have a genuine interest in what they are doing. He has no interest in anything beyond his own shallow concerns."

I think you have put your finger on the difference. He really needs a supportive structure around him and he doesn't have it anymore. Plus I think the "young couple" narrative did a lot of work excusing things and that just isn't working now

There is something else he is not doing in that video that other royals do - listening. The other royals will ask questions and listen to replies, then respond to them with further questions.

Yeh, that they expect to be able to use the bus lane.

The fact that they never worked out that Lili finishes an hour before Archie, on top of not factoring school traffic in, means this idea that somehow they will be a rival court to the Royals is nonsense. They are as thick as two short planks and their security don’t seem much brighter.

Harry really is, in the words of the great Norman Stanley Fletcher, a charmless nerk!

Oh God.
That really is awful - he's vile to that poor child who offers to shake his hand, then offers a high-five and even offers to shake his hand again.
Why would he try to humiliate a child like that?

Also:

😄
Meghan's moment may come a few years later when she's telling the girls how cool she is and humming "Stacey's Mom" to herself.

To add to the fun the HAMs also appear to have annoyed many in the farming community...the body of the following article is behind a pay wall but I think you can get the gist of the grumbles from the headline...

Yes, that quad bike photo showed Harry putting his children at risk and breaking the law.

HoldMyWine · 19/09/2026 09:24

Not funny at all. He likes to throw his weight around and humiliate people. Like the life guard bottom pinching, the nipple tweaking. He’s an inadequate little man, trying to big himself up.
