Is there any more to be said. I expect there probably is. So I started a new thread. Be interesting to see what their next move is. It's like a game of chess A we getting clarification. I want to know if they'll be doing walkabouts, hospital visits, and so on. Being greeted by dignitaries at home and overseas like they were on their visit to NY and Australia.

OP posts:

The level of detail they released about changing schools is shocking. How can they pretend to care about security while announcing all that?

Snd you think they’d have done the assessment before they started, not two days after. And the pics of George starting Elon and the fact he’s got police protection probably drove Harry wild with jealousy, the fact William’s kids get it and his don’t.

i feel sorry for the kids, this is all just a game in Harry’s drive for security. I predict if they don’t get it they will go back to America and claim it’s as they couldn’t keep the kids safe, as they need to find an excuse as it’s not going to work here.

the whole point in being here is getting back into the royal fold, boosting their reputations so they can get more deals and getting security so they look important , if they think they can’t achieve that they will fuck off back to the USA,

Obviously the best way to skip traffic congestion is to use a helicopter for the school run.

ETA that would be two helicopters… could t fit all the security personnel in one…

Two helicopters and an RAF fighter jet.
Plus a tank on the ground.
Suck it up, taxpayers!

Think an amphibious assault ship and aircraft carrier up the Isis is essential.

Good thinking. The SAS, of course.

They are terrifically tedious.

i hope someone trawls up something from their past(s) that will make them go to ground for about 20 years.

There is a snag in that I’m not sure either of them are capable of feeling shame but I live in hope.

I bet MI5 etc will have done due diligence on Meghan but, like BP and the Bullying Dossier, they’re holding on to it for the time being….😲😳

damnatiomemoriae · Today 15:44

For folk with security concerns they need to stop posting identifiable fluff on the internet.

In fact they need to stop posting full stop.

But they won’t because oxygen.

They are determined to make folk pay for them not being the king and queen of hearts.

Even if that is the taxpayer and not darling papa.

No one wishes them harm.

I think most wish a full exposé on those they are expected to fish out for - given that they are ordinary citizens and everything.

@Baital I said it’s being reviewed! It is.

Im wondering if their dc are scarred and scarred by all of this. Everyone else’s dc in the RF have gone to school without this fuss. They were the grandchildren of the Queen so no different.

damnatiomemoriae · Today 16:11

I would hope not.

Unfortunately I think it is a distinct possibility.

Recreating the catastrophic car chase with the wee bicycle and the running child (even the same speed) was an interesting touch.

Charles really needs to take Harry out of the line of succession. That should resolve the need for state funded security. He has systematically attacked and undermined the monarchy, it’s insane that he is still a counsellor of state and still 5th in the line of succession

Charles can't take anyone out of the LoS.

Charles can't take anyone out of the LoS.

But he can 'arrange' for the Prince and Duke titles to go. H is a liability for the nation, never mind the monarchy. The judiciary, civil service and associated agencies, and
the press have all been publicly criticised.

If Ravec finds he does need securidy, he's bound to be dissatisfied with whatever he is given so we'll have to listen to yet more bellyaching and paranoia - establishment stitch-up, bee, wasp, fly, ant, locust, caterpillar, moth, beetle, centipede, cricket, mosquito, dragonfly, blah, blah, blah.

PleasantGreenPorcupine · Today 17:33

God almighty, can you imagine if Harry was taken out of the LoS? The belly aching would be next level!
😭

damnatiomemoriae · Today 17:35

I have to agree that H is a liability Ida.

Just add it to all the other bellyaching! I imagine conversations are ongoing between the palace and the civil service about what to do about Harry. His unpredictability and lack of discretion are real issues that have the potential to damage the UK, and are actually damagingvrhe monarchy. After the last week of drama, I'm not sure that rising above it is enough.

Harry would be on the floor sobbing.
Meghan would be unable to get out of bed.
They'd take it to the ECHR.

If the UK withdraws from the ECHR, there'll be some interesting legal precedent to debate.

They'll go to the UN and weep in the chamber.
Or appear on Good Morning Britain.

Let's combine them. Only on Good Morning Britain, a livestream from the UN during the 'We want our privacy' hearing.

The irritating thing is that privacy is absolutely there for the taking.

I think they have done themselves over for everything else due to their actions but privacy and a comfortable life for them and their children is absolutely achievable.

They are so determined to reach for the unachievable that they will likely ruin that though.
