So why is Harry safe but not Meghan and the kids?

Sorry if this is obvious/already discussed.. I can’t find it.

Im just wondering why Harry can do these ‘engagements’ but his wife and kids can’t step in the country.

Portugal does have generous tax arrangements for high net worth individuals. However, you'd surely have to be resident to benefit from them? Spending a few weeks or even months a year in a beach development wouldn't qualify you.

Cliff Richard has a vineyard in Portugal. Very successful it is, too.
He seems to live under the radar.

He said it wasn't safe for his family to visit. He said he couldn't see them coming back.

Now apparently it's safe, although, no material difference in protection.

Perhaps they are running out of money.

He reminds me of Sarah Ferguson, always chasing money. Would do anything for money, sell his family, interviews on private information, sue for money without providing evidence (just lost latest case sonce no evidence for his claims).

Armed police wouldn't stop people booing or shouting at the kids, what would they do, shoot them?
