Kitty’s mouse would like some chicken too.

What Kitty actually means is that she wants some.

The mouse wouldn't get a look-in.

She’d get any bits Kitty dropped.

GT has just turned up to thank you for the thread too.
He really is grumpier than I am. 😹

You know, that stupid woman who picked Gizmo up & got bitten probably got off lightly. Imagine if she’d tried it with GT.

Sybil had crispy aromatic duck 🦆 last night - chicken just doesn't cut it any more 🤣

Defiantly41 · 13/08/2025 20:16

Wow Grumpy, that is a very spoilt girl!

thanks Broon for new thread

has anyone tried the new Lick-e-Pops yet? Can’t get a photo of her ladyship enjoying them as she immediately grabs them and runs away! So here she is looking cute anyway.

From Tesco … ingredients look ok - chicken, goats milk powder, yam powder and rosemary extract? Seem kind of crunchy in texture, she loves them!

By the same people as Lick-e-lix. We’ll have to get some.

Is your beautiful girl called Bonnie?

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 13/08/2025 20:52

Wow Grumpy, that is a very spoilt girl!

To be fair - I'd spotted a half price (just about to expire) ready to cook crispy duck at the supermarket so we had that for tea last night. Needless to say Sybil joined us. It would have been rude impossible not to let her try some.

Ooh! A new treat for her ladyship.

Sybil is developing expensive tastes Grumpy.

I didn't really give my cats any human food as kittens. The plus side is that I can eat my dinner uninterrupted by feline food stealers. The downside is that the only human food they show any interest in is tuna and roast meat. Both difficult to hide medication in.

Defiantly41 · 13/08/2025 21:14

@EmpressaurusKitty yes, this is Bonnie, now 19 and a bit, still teeny tiny 2.2 kg. We lost her sister a few months ago, but she seems to be ok as an only cat

That is one mean face!
Any idea why you don't you attract friendly cats at Grumpy Towers? Is the neighbourhood a bit rough and ready?

I checked it on Google Earth and the Krays' descendants all live in Grumpy's road.

I may have just woken Kitty up laughing.

No it’s ok, she’s gone back to sleep.
