Dogs with human names

Martin. I just met a GSD called Martin.

Absolutely love dogs with human names but I think Martin for a GSD might be the best yet. Almost pipped by Gerald the Chihuahua.

Anyone else met any dogs with great human names?

We have an Eric and Sadie on our street

All my animals have had human names. My dog has a unisex human name and everyone thinks she is a boy.

My whippet is called Bethany

My first dog was called Debbie... and I currently own a Helga and Lottie.
My boy has a wacky unique name that's just made up and seems to suit him well.

I'm loving Gary the most. A dog called Gary! 😂
Also like Andy and Dave. The blokey names are funnier.

My friend had a chicken (female) called Jeff!

A Jack Russell called Wayne

My DM lives next door to a delightful collie cross called Dave. Hilariously my DSis has a Saint Bernard called Briar but the couple up the road misheard it and always call her Brian 😂

I live next door to a Frank but my cat, Benjamin doesn’t like him much. My current dog has a popular TV character made up name and I’m so disappointed with myself for going with it after our previous boys, Daniel and Oliver. We have a short list for future use which include Bernard, Nigel and Raul.

There’s two Staffies in our park called Kelly and Donna 🤣 in fact, most of the dogs in our park have human names. Except for a Dalmatian called Stripey and a grey hound called SkinnyMinnie

An old neighbour had a Yorkie called Nigel and my niece’s dogs are Albert, Victoria and Margaret

I wanted to call our dog. Albert nn Albie Dh viteod it like we were naming a child 😂

I had a list of 24 potential human names for our current puppy. My husband vetoed every single one 🙄
Good thing we never had kids 😆

I have a Bonnie. But that’s pretty common. I’m more adventurous with cat names. One of mine is called Agnes. Have also had a Lawrence in the past. I know cats called Janet and Denise.

I know a Chihuahua called Tank!

I know of a Hugo

We had a Hugh he was a golden retriever suited him well too

When I was a teenager, our lurcher was called Colin. It really suited him!
