Are we really on a new thread already! Only seems like 5 minutes since the last one began.

Sarah is still in prison/on remand, (for killing Theo,) and is toughening up in there now, hanging onto snooker balls in a sock to hit someone with! One of the prisoners in there has been threatening her and her family if Sarah doesn't get Kit to help her son who is in trouble. (But Sarah has dumped Kit!)

Ma Driscoll has been getting jiggy with Brian! Ollie is in trouble for having a go at Gary's son who appeared to be assaulting Christina when she was drunk on the floor.

Tim reconnected with a cousin he hadn't seen for several decades, (Richie) who went on to kill his wife, and now Tim and Sally are looking after his daughter, and Lou and Mick's girls are back with Tim and Sally too!

We haven't seen much of Debbie lately - or Summer, which is a shame, but plenty of mardy Todd who hates the world right now.

Bernie's aunt has just turned up in the form of glamourous actress Frances Barber, and has only a few weeks to live. So she is hoping Todd can help her with a Dolly Parton themed funeral. R.I.P lovely Dolly! ❤

I feel a bit sorry for Lauren. She has had such a crappy start to life, every step dogged by some misfortune or other. She now has a real boyfriend and is so needy she is enjoying the experience. Betsy could at least let her enjoy the moment rather than begrudging her some happiness.

Lauren is a single mum who works as bar maid and no family to support her and Frankie's dad is a dead psychopath.

I have no idea where she even lives

Betsy lives in a nice house, has two mums that dote on her and has just got into the London College of Fashion.

More ticking boxes, so tedious.

Debbie and Ronnie's flat looks a bit of a mess. It looks like a thrift shop with all the garish stuff in there.

And now Kit and Jodie are going to be dating. Good grief! 😖 Still cannot see the point of Jodie, except to be the 'cool aunt.' She's in her late 20s (I think) but acts like a 16 year old, always getting down with the kids. 🙄

I really don't like Shona at all. As has been said on here before, her and David aren't a good fit really. I also agree with a pp that Sarah and Kit had/have very little chemistry.

Also agree that it would be nice if Betsy didn't begrudge Lauren some happiness.

They are not dating Jodie has set him up as she knows Bethany will be in the Bistro too at 5pm! Just imagine how that will go when she sees them together!

Gemma's outfit in the cafe was unusual.

I have a blood test once a year and a blood pressure check twice a year. I needed antibiotics once. So since January I have had 4 Gp visits and none thankfully to hospital. So bring back the medical centre...it would seem more sensible than the private hospital bed.
I love a doctor nurse romance.

Is Jodie's community service because of hitting Sarah over the head ?

Shona and Jodie are both horrible. Shona isn’t quite as bad, but she is annoying. Jodie is just cringy and in your face and borderline mad.
I missed Ronnie stealing the car , why did he do that ?

Good point about Ronnie. What does he actually do, apart from look after Debbie, get involved in dodgy dealings, and work out at the gym? (Clearly he does, as he is huge/buff!)

I don't know why Ronnie goes to the gym. All those muscles and weedy looking Idris knocked him down. Ronnie looks huge compared to Idris, he probably had to stand on a box to land that punch.

I think the actor that plays David is on paternity leave. He also had a hair transplant recently which I'm guessing he timed to fit with his leave. His on screen departure did seem a bit sudden though.

They must have had time to work out a storyline for why he's not around.

'He's away' is a bit strange, especially with a new baby.

Shona was insufferable last night being so irritated by her daughter, who she's lucky to still have.

I agree. As I said yesterday (I think) I really don't like Shona at all, but she was majorly annoying in last night's episode.

Yeah, that puzzled me too! Ronnie could flatten Idris with one punch surely....?

Although (as Ronnie said) he did take him by surprise.
