Sarah is still in prison/on remand, (for killing Theo,) and is toughening up in there now, hanging onto snooker balls in a sock to hit someone with! One of the prisoners in there has been threatening her and her family if Sarah doesn't get Kit to help her son who is in trouble. (But Sarah has dumped Kit!)

Ma Driscoll has been getting jiggy with Brian! Ollie is in trouble for having a go at Gary's son who appeared to be assaulting Christina when she was drunk on the floor.

Tim reconnected with a cousin he hadn't seen for several decades, (Richie) who went on to kill his wife, and now Tim and Sally are looking after his daughter, and Lou and Mick's girls are back with Tim and Sally too!

We haven't seen much of Debbie lately - or Summer, which is a shame, but plenty of mardy Todd who hates the world right now.

Bernie's aunt has just turned up in the form of glamourous actress Frances Barber, and has only a few weeks to live. So she is hoping Todd can help her with a Dolly Parton themed funeral. R.I.P lovely Dolly! ❤

Yes. David is meant to be visiting his mother Gail.

And as you say, I think where he actually is, is having some paternity leave, and he also had a hair transplant whilst he was having that time off....

So he will come back soon with very short hair as in real life he has it all shaved. He was very open about it around 2 months ago. Trying to take away the stigma of men having hair transplants. (And quite rightly too. No-one says anything when women have any kind of cosmetic enhancements.)

I dont know why they would even mention that David is away, characters are often missing for weeks/months at a time with barely a mention. Aside from 'Arper being home, it seems an odd time for David to go on holiday when Maria is supposed to be in Florida, but maybe they will drop in that Gail is ill, or getting married or something.

Did Maria actually go to Florida with the kids? She was in the flat with both kids, Izzy and Gary only last week. I thought Gary had been pulled in for questioning so wouldn't be allowed to leave the country anyway.

Yes she was. First I have ever heard of Debbie ever having been a hairdresser though. I can't recall that. Did she do that when she was in it in the 1980s?

Looks like Bethany has blown things with that lad (Roman?) He's right that she has too much drama going on though. I loved her 'Heather Locklear' hair though! She looked so pretty with it. (Not that she doesn't anyway!)

Glad Kit has blown out Jodie. ARGH! I hate Jodie more every time I see her. I'm so sick of seeing her face. What is the actual bloody point of her?!

I think the point of Jodie is to have a character that’s really disliked / hated so to keep people talking about them, as on here. People like moaning about & finding fault in others. She must be a good actress to stir such emotion!

As someone said earlier though, very abrupt sudden exit. It was never even mentioned that he may be going! It's like Jack P Shepherd didn't tell the producer/writer he was going off for a few weeks til 2 days before! 😬

No Maria didn't actually go to Florida (I would have in the circumstances) I just meant that if she had time booked off, odd that David would have too iykwim.

Bethany looked stunning tonight with all that volumed up hair. Not sure an early evening meal out at the local place over the road was the right venue for the silver star ship trooper outfit though. She looked like she was off to a red carpet awards ceremony like the BAFTAs.
