Are we really on a new thread already! Only seems like 5 minutes since the last one began.

Sarah is still in prison/on remand, (for killing Theo,) and is toughening up in there now, hanging onto snooker balls in a sock to hit someone with! One of the prisoners in there has been threatening her and her family if Sarah doesn't get Kit to help her son who is in trouble. (But Sarah has dumped Kit!)

Ma Driscoll has been getting jiggy with Brian! Ollie is in trouble for having a go at Gary's son who appeared to be assaulting Christina when she was drunk on the floor.

Tim reconnected with a cousin he hadn't seen for several decades, (Richie) who went on to kill his wife, and now Tim and Sally are looking after his daughter, and Lou and Mick's girls are back with Tim and Sally too!

We haven't seen much of Debbie lately - or Summer, which is a shame, but plenty of mardy Todd who hates the world right now.

Bernie's aunt has just turned up in the form of glamourous actress Frances Barber, and has only a few weeks to live. So she is hoping Todd can help her with a Dolly Parton themed funeral. R.I.P lovely Dolly! ❤

When I found out about the BRCA gene in my family I waited months for a test, agreed to travel to hospitals further away or it would have been even longer. Even medical people don't get that men also need the test. I got it,
my sister got it, my brother was told he didn't need it.

At least Dr Gaddas is back!

I don't think I like Betsy with the dark brown/black hair - it makes her look washed out - looks better blonde IMO. I felt so sorry for her with her seeing Lauren with her life going so well.

Carl and Swain are back. Been missing for a while, and already Carl is up to no good. Helping Ronnie nick a car (Idris's!)

Gemma and Chesney's quads all look quite different ... they don't even like siblings really... IMO. A couple look similar, but the other two don't look like the first two.

Todd was annoying me a bit tonight. I wonder if he has turned a corner though, after saying 'how do you put up with me?' to George.

That speech that Todd read out as the last words of Celeste was really funny but also very touching - it brought a tear to my eye.

Was that Brody sitting in the background when Ronnie was talking about that car to that blonde woman? (I forget her name.)

How rude for Kit to blame Bernie for everything. 'My life is shit, but only since I met you Bernie!'

It was a bit. He barely even knew her, yet he was acting as if she was his mother.

I am also wondering who (out of the Bernie/Kit/Gemma clan) is going to have a bad result with the tests?

I zoned out tonight I'm afraid. No idea what all that rubbish Todd was reading from the brown envelope was all about. Same with blonde woman kissing Uncle Ronnie on the bench with Broady watching on. Over my head.

Oh I thought tonight's episode was quite decent @thenightsky And I quite enjoyed the speech from Celeste - (that was in the envelope Todd had.) Each to their own I guess.

I didn't understand why Brodie was on the bench behind Ronnie and Bad-Girl-Blondie though.

It wasn't much of a party. Weird speech, I thought. Kit is right, his life on Coronation Street is hard. I don't know why he would leave his other life, and have no friends or contacts at all from it.

When he sees George & Christina outside Roy’s and says Celeste has changed mind, no big funeral etc and here’s the money for a party and basic cremation. Then I reckon originally he must have said something about Dolly Parton as it cuts to “… and whatever’s left to charity” but his lips don’t match the words! I assume the producers sliced the change in.

Yeh but after explaining everything that’s happened since he me her I’m not surprised he’s pissed off! Still think it’s him with the gene. Male BC is hardly ever brought up in soaps

If Kit has the gene ..that's another thing to beat Bernie over .

But I think from memory of the Emerdale storyline of this ..
If you have the Gene ...it just increases your chances of developing Cancer as opposed to definitely getting Cancer .

I wish they'd show a different side to Kit instead of being a constant sourpuss. Give him some mates! Or a relationship with a bit of chemistry (him and Sarah had none!).

He's become a bit one dimensional and hard to invest in as a character.

If Celeste is the evil cow that Bernie says she is, perhaps she lied about the cancer? Not about having cancer, but about the type, and about half the family dying of it. Its a weird thing to do, but hey, this is corrie.

All because Corrie couldn't be arsed resurrecting the doctor's office set. GPs would be way too busy to do a non emergency home visit after Bank Holiday. Plus it's a one woman practice as far as I know! Badass will be consulting in Toy's next.

I am in agreement with zanahoria, the longer we go without seeing the sanctimonious Daniel and his constant string of new mummies for Bertie the better. Can't stand the character, always doing recklesss things but always blaming everyone else.
And this constant portrayal of Gemma as a starving pig shoving food in her mouth whilst telling others they can't eat their share because she is taking it home for the quads is tedious.
