Carl is still awful.

Mal is dreadful.

Bernie is panicking.

Ma Driscoll is horrendous.

Kit is still fit.

Ronnie and Kevin's new double act is quite entertaining!

Debbie is still in prison.

Hope is still as cheeky as ever.

Brian has lost one of his favourite books!

I like Hope's intervention. I like Hope mainly because she thinks and acts like a teenager. Her suspicions are sound enough, don't trust the teachers they are in it together, but she is totally wrong

I really like Hope too - she’s a great actress & is a fully rounded character. Hope they keep her & she gets good juicy storylines in the future.

I can’t bear the Theo & Todd story line it makes me so tense. I know it’s good that Corrie is showing what an abuser can look like, all smiles and cheery in public realty anyone can be an abuser. I’m glad George notices Todd is not his usual self with Theo and that is raising alarm bells.

One thing I will say for Theo, he is a good actor because I really hate him for what he’s doing to Todd.

Little Suzie is adorable, she is her mothers daughter.

I also get that clenching feeling in my tummy whenever Theo turns up! Poor Todd, he can’t escape him.
I guess it’s the sign of a good actor that we feel like that with him, but I just wish he’d go away!

Hope is probably correct...Daniel isn't very trustworthy!

I hope everyone finds out he killed Billy before Theo slopes off

A few stories have been left hanging. Jodie and the mystery school girl, will Carla’s relative ever pick up their baby again , Kevin and his mini break down, Tyler and Carl , Debbie and the other bad girl inmates, Theo getting away with killing Paul. Now we have Dev being arrested because Mal is upsetting everyone and Kit getting away with attacking him ( although he did deserve it! ) Maybe it’ll all tie up with the wedding on the 23rd April! Which could be lively.

@the80sweregreat Gosh you're right, there have been a few stories left hanging haven't there?! So many loose ends to tie up. They do have a habit of forgetting things that happened (hoping people will forget!) So hopefully they don't do that with all of those storylines!

Me too! Not sure how they're going to do that, as it's going to be very hard to prove! Also hope Theo doesn't just buggar off or die, as (like other posters) I want him to be punished for the way he has treated Todd.

Yeah Hope has grown on me this past year or so. Still a bit cheeky and cocky, but seems to have a good heart and a bit of a sense of humour. (Got to try and muster up a sense of humour if your dad is John Stape!) 😬

Yes I agree. The actor who plays Theo is doing so well. He is soooo sinister. Even when he smiles he looks evil.

Yeah, I really like Suzie too. Though I can see she is marmite, as some posters seem to like her, and others seem to really dislike her!

IMO Theo would be more believable if we found ourselves ever so slightly warming to him when he's being nice in company. I think that's partly what's making it so frustrating for us as viewers, we're seeing even more than Todd everything that Theo is doing. There needs to be a bit of doubt somewhere to make it more realistic. Again, it's very pantomime/one dimensional.

Ha @eggandonion , cross posted re the pantomime thing 😄. I was just thinking when his stint in Corrie comes to an end (hopefully soon!) he will do well in panto for a year or two. Hopefully not the same one as Daniel Brocklebank.

The Theo storyline has so many things wrong with it, I am not sure I can watch any more of it. 20 years ago Charlie and Shelley did what the Theo storyline should be doing now. The writing for Charlie was so much better, and Bill Ward played him well. Shelley became very isolated and turned against her own mother, whereas Todd is still mixing with his friends so his behaviour does not make sense. The actor who plays Theo is very one note (oh yes he is), and the storyline feels like they are just throwing stuff at the wall randomly. As PP said - panto!

Todd reminds me a bit of the actor Killian Scott ( if anyone knows him ) he was in Dublin Murders.
I hope someone finds out soon what Theo is doing as he seriously creeps me out. He is acting the part well though I must say. Although maybe for any half decent actor it’s a fairly easy part to play.

I like the way that even though Theo has perfected the pretending to be nice guy routine - complete with fake grin - George and Christina have seen through it and are playing it back. The plot is much better than when they were completely oblivious to him being a nasty piece of work

I know we don't all like Theo ..but I would be happy for the actor to get one of those soap/tv awards things as Villain of the year or something.

He does deserve some recognition as how good he is at being Soo completely horrible and vile !!

Other soaps are pretty calm at the moment on their villains !!

Hollyoaks had a serial killer ...but he just turned into a bit of a joke actually !
