I think next week is going to be the start of Bernie's exit story.

Apparently Vicki finds out that Bernie has been ‘ cooking the books ‘ ( so I assume Suki takes her on and she was once an accountant or something!)

The Joel story is the only element that’s keeping me invested at the moment. In today’s episode he manipulated Tommy into sharing the video of him assaulting Isla, so he’s got leverage on Tommy. My god that character gives me the creeps and the actor is terrific.

Vicki has blackmailed Tommy into keeping quiet about the assault. I’m looking forward to Kat going ballistic when she (inevitably) finds out.

Next week sounds mainly boring, except for Joel and of course Phil and Nigel. It's interesting that Kat is getting close to Phil again, it makes me think it will be Phil who buys the Vic.

So they will get rid of Bernie because she has her own 'secret', stealing money from the business. It was always a bizarre idea to have her in charge. I think she could well leave with Felix.

I hope that Felix has a big old goodbye and nothing too traumatic for him! I did read he may be the victim of a hate crime , but I hope it’s wrong.
Bernie I won’t miss, maybe she’ll run off to Spain.
Nish leaving her to sort out the money for the Panesars was only for revenge. Completely wrong and a bit bizarre.

Seriously, the current storyline re Joel is giving me the shudders, hope he gets all that's coming to him, and that, whoever's long lost son he is, that he disappears from the screen rapido. Just no.

Linda and Phil . . .it was the way they looked at each other ! A deep unspoken understanding there . . . . . . .

Not just Joel either, those who are covering for him, Vicki what is she playing at? She's Michelle's daughter, but Michelle would never have done something like this, she had no tolerance for violent men.
Also, Vicki doesn't work, so how is she going to pay the injured woman off? Ridiculous story line.

I agree it is very weird they way they are making Vicki the one blackmailing and making excuses, it would make more sense if it was Ross. They are ruining Vicki's character. And Ross did not even ask her where she got the money!

And while I'm having a moan, where is Chelsea? She is such a great character and we barely see her.

Another odd episode today. I was willing Tommy not to share that video and for Alfie to come clean for once in his miserable little life!
It’s bound to come out that he lied too.

I’m sure that Elaine could have cancelled that cruise within 24 hours. She could have tried at least and told Priya they wouldn’t accept a booking on her behalf or some such or simply that she made a mistake.

I can believe Elaine had a moment of madness about the Priya thing, but it doesn’t ring true she hasn’t bothered to get the money back. It’s £5,000!!! Linda gave up oddly quickly today.

I cancelled a holiday within 24 hours once and they refunded the deposit. Was a few years ago though and not a cruise lol
Plus surely it would be a deposit first anyway , not the whole amount ? Whole thing is so silly anyway. Typical writers being stupid.

It's absolutely ludicrous that Alfie would lie to his family to this extent for Zoe and that Vicki would be threatening everyone from the victim, to both Joel and Tommy fgs!

I don’t believe Tommy would be so stupid as to forward the video. He’s a 15 year old boy, heck even I would know not to do that!

Alfie is a complete nightmare and this Zoe plot is dreadful. I couldn’t care less about her, they have really mishandled her return.

I’ve also grown to loathe Elaine, I wouldn't mind if she left now. Along with George, Anna and Junior.

I love the twins, I’d like to adopt them.💕

This is so far fetched now. Nobody works but everyone has money to rent flats, go to OZ/Spain, give two grand away. If Vicki had two grand going spare why wouldn't she start to payoff Sharon.

Sharon lending 25k to Ross was not remotely believable. Now there are all these sums of money being spaffed around like nothing.

I find Alfie's character so wearing to be honest. Hope he stays in 'Oz' aswell
