I didn’t think Anna and Freddie were together yet when he slept with Gina tho. They were still just friends after the whole Bobby fiasco.

I mean it still wasn’t great but he didn’t cheat on Anna

Freddie and Anna were dating when Freddie shagged Gina, but Anna hadn't yet slept with him. Anna slept with him a few weeks later, without knowing he'd slept with Gina. Not "Grant shagging Sharon" level, but not exactly sweet!

OOoh, this is going to send Cindy CRRRRAAAZY! Kathy comes out on top again. I liked today's episode although why there are two women fighting over drippy Harvey is beyond me.

All this talk of people being glue, cement and threads that hold everything together.

Harvey didn’t really glue them together! Most of the time he was annoying them or coming unstuck ! ( boom boom )

Ah but they have realised too late that he was the cement that kept them stable. The cracks will appear now he has left them for youthful Kathy.

I've just seen a spoiler post, there's another big production (car related) coming up and there's talk that Jean is leaving with Stacey

Kathy was called out for being a hypocrite by Cindy and then Pe ta, while Kat called her a cow. Made for a great drama. Just wondering how long Harvey will last in the Beale household. Do you think Pe ta will take his fa-a-mily back to New Zealand, just like when Louis was born?

Kathy confessed to Ian she had slept with Buster behind her best friend Shirley's back, I remember this, they did the business in Ian's restaurant before it belonged to the Panasar family. Classy.

Pe ta and co are moving into Sonia’s place. He’ll just snarl at Kathy and Harv through the windows !

I liked tonight’s episode. Some great writing - “this house is like Bates Motel without the welcome mat”. (Daran Little who used to write for Corrie).

Jean was so good in her initial scenes with Harvey, despite totally losing it towards the end and trying to get him to stay. Good scenes with Kathy and Ian too.

I could have guaranteed everyone would have amnesia about Kathy’s confession because no one can stand Cindy.

They seemed to rewrite Harvey’s role in the Slater house, just like they rewrote Martin’s. Neither of them was much use!

Good for Harvey! The writings been on the wall for ages. Jean's so waffy and although a bit of a cliche, she did take Harvey for granted. Not sure Harvey is dynamic enough for Kathy in the long run though. Kathy likes the excitement, which is something Cindy was clear to point out. Nice to see Ian supporting his Mum.
God knows where this will end. Keep watching!

I’m quite partial to Harvey. Maybe because I’m old.

Oh I thought they were just friends after all the Bobby malarkey - although with a view fo getting together eventually. He also shagged Anna when his best friend was mad about her so yes maybe not so sweet when it comes to love life! But otherwise I like him!

the last few weeks have been pretty poor

I noticed the upstairs of the vic looked exactly the same too so why bother blowing it up?

I loved Kat's hair , she suits it so much better short .

As Harvey crossed the Square with his holdall and knocked on Kathy's door , if this was old Eastenders he'd have slumped to the floor with a gunshot between his shoulderblades Duff Duff

I agree Kat did look great! She hasn't had enough screen time lately so I hope we see more of her.

@cramptramp I'm older than Harvey but I think he's a waste of space! 😆

Kat will be epic with the ‘ your fired ‘ lines next week.
Probably push him out the door and lots of shouting.

It’s appalling that someone who’s been employed for less than two years can be sacked for no reason - thankfully that won’t happen from autumn of next year.

Why does Freddie call Jean Nan?

South do you Kat firing Harvey? Mini cab drivers are almost always self employed.

In EE land, they manage to get jobs just by being a relative or a friend and rarely have to do any paperwork or show any ID or even a CV ! They lose their jobs on a whim too. Kat will be vindictive and get away with it.
Harvey could threaten her with a tribunal, but probably won’t! Taxi drivers and drivers in general are needed, but I bet he ends up working for Kathy ( only a guess there though )
Next week appears to be about Jimmy , according to my tv guide.

His mum, Little Mo, is Jean's niece, no? Little Mo is Kat's sister and Stacey's cousin.

She fires him next week, he's an employee. I didn't know that most cabbies are self-employed.
