Yes, we’re going to be given a break from Alfie because Shane Richie went on a tour with his group.

Alfie was dreadful with Tommy ,he made such a hash of trying to discuss what was on the laptop .
Really makes him out to be a useless parent.
Hope they don't get married actually,

Who writes these silly episodes? The idea of the fake wedding / photo shoot was to promote the limousine business and nobody seemed too bothered when it wasn’t there anymore thanks to Alfie. I mean, he is an absolute liability :(

Oh yes I remember seeing that Alfie is going to visit Spencer who is 'in a bad way' (having given Spencer not a moment's thought for 20 years).

If it were to be true, then wouldn't that make Tommy Joel's uncle and Joel Tommy's nephew?

Yes all of Kat's boys would be Joel's uncles. It wasn't a fan prediction type comment, it was it's own article but I only read the headline and never clicked on it. It would be an awful storyline, I'm hoping Joel leaves, with Vicky and Ros

The Zoe/Joel nonsense is the media saying "fans have worked out". There is a constant steam of those daft stories from the Reach Media Group.

It was a bit of a boring episode although I liked Linda asking Elaine if it was Ian she'd slept with (surely Ian has joined the rest of the cast in Aus?). It's a bit depressing really because it will now give George a chance to get on his high horse, when actually he would have broken his promise to 'cross the road' when he sees Cindy within two days.

All the broken/stolen modes of transport were ridiculous and I wanted to throttle Alfie for his speech to Tommy. I liked the scene with Kat and Tommy.

I feel like everyone is one episode ahead of me this week. As I am only on Kat and Alfie naming Virgil!

Mere there was no episode on Monday but iplayer episodes were released on the usual days. So the episode which aired this evening had been on iplayer since yesterday. So yes, we are!

The Facebook nonsense is best read with a large pinch of salt. It’s sometimes correct , but mostly not. Although I did read that Joel attacks Vicki ,which is why I hope that’s wrong!

Zoe is estranged from all her family , but I’m sure she went to America and not Australia ? Originally anyway.
She is coming back after 20 years away, but surely Vicki would have asked Ross about his ex / Joel’s mum and so on and made a connection ( especially with Facebook around , social media and so on?) unless Zoe has a different surname now and Vicki isn’t the inquisitve type around who she is with.

IF Joel is Zoe’s child, then he is Kat’s grand son.
Zoe’s late dad ( Kats uncle ) was an abusive scumbag , so might be why it’s being speculated on?
I would still wonder why Vicki hasn’t questioned Ross about any of his past relationships or heard anything on the grapevine ( I mean Sharon and Ian have never left permanently like some of the others and kept in touch with her for years and so on) the slaters are well known and couples do ask questions of each other ?
It’s all a bit odd.

Ros isn't an honest type, he could have made up a name for Joel's mum. He doesn't seem to have any friends he is missing in Australia he probably kept himself to himself, unlike his son! Spencer was apparently his friend. Spencer would most definitely have known who Zoe was. It is tangled but it's not impossible. Didn't Joel say (when they first arrived) that his mum was from London? I can see this storyline being true, as awful as it would be

Yes , Spencer knows Zoe.
With SM you can usually find people , but on soaps they clearly don’t use it much !

Vile shitbag types like Joel tend not to stay long in the square so him becoming involved with Zoe and Kat doesn’t fit. We’ll see but I think the story is fake.
