Well I have sold the storyline to myself 😂could i start a petition? It would make total sense, there could be justice for Debbie and Phil could skip his depression and get back with Kat. The possibilities are endless

Finally got round to watching last nights

I know the bit about Alfie’s impotence is important as it’s awful post his cancer etc but it didnt feel that sensitively done

Is there a reason that Alfie can’t take viagra ?
All I kept thinking was that younger viewers might see all this talk around the pump and question what it’s for. ( Not that many younger viewers watch I’m sure , but it might be on in the background or something. )
A big old dream sequence ! That would be difficult to do , but probably no worse than ‘ back from the dead ‘

In Dallas, it was Pamela’s dream. Bobby walked out of the shower alive and she woke up ! He wasn’t dead after all.
The Vic hasn’t changed much at all, Sonia , Bianca and Reiss would be back, but no Joe 90 Ross or Vicki and Jean would be with Harvey! Lol

Viagra doesn’t always work in this situation. When the prostate is removed certain nerves around it are affected which can be the cause of the impotence. It is complicated. I can’t remember when he had the op but it can take up to 2 years to get it back working. I’m sure they are not going to go into this much detail but he will also now have dry orgasms (no semen produced).

I've heard of Dallas but never watched it. Possibly before my time, or I was very young.
Did the dream sequence work? Or was it too far fetched?
Thing is ee has already gone a bit stupid, so a dream sequence could fit and just fix all that's broken.
Sonia, Bianca and Reiss could all still leave but it could be done in a more believable way. Reiss could go to prison for a start. Bianca and Sonia could just go to Milton Keynes. Martin could go to visit Michelle with Stacey, taking Sharon and Ian with them lol

It's just been announced that Kat is the new landlady of the Vic!

How can they afford that ? Although maybe she’ll sell the cab firm.

The story about Kat is only in The Sun, so not totally reliable. But if it is then surely one or both of Elaine and George will leave?

@Giantjoelguesser The Dallas dream did jump the shark, but it was that kind of show. Bobby was killed off because the actor had a major strop and walked away from the show. Then his wife Pam woke up a year later and Bobby was in the shower, it had all been a dream because the actor agreed to come back 😆

I'd love to see Kat back in the Vic. I think the Sun is usually reliable?

I am not fussed if George leaves, he had some good storylines but I am fed up with the never ending lying. I'd like to see Elaine and Linda running the gay bar. Cindy running a bar is never going to be long term, she's barely competent.

It's interesting that they are announcing Kat Moon as the landlady, so she does marry Alfie? But why aren't they mentioning Alfie as the landlord? I did like them behind the bar all those years ago, and they do need a bigger house. It could work

Yes the article says it is just her name over the door although they do get married. So presumably it is her money, but where from? The sale of Kats cabs wouldn't finance buying the Vic.

She certainly couldn't buy the Vic by selling the ancient limo. I can only think she gets more money from Phil! I would like them back together and running it

I thought Elaine was a fabulous landlady but they didn’t give her enough stories. Jessie Wallace is one if the strongest actors in the show but we’ve been here before (maybe twice?). Maybe Zoe will be co-running the Vic with her.

I’d have thought that Kat would be better running the Albert! Where will Linda and her crowd all live ?

Ohhh I like the idea of Kat behind the bar at the Vic again. I’ve watched today’s and there are some lovely scenes of her with Tommy. He’s a great little actor too. I shed a tear I must confess.

i really hope he holds onto his reformed character in spite of Joel.

Omg today’s episode. I am so very bored re Kat and Alfie. I couldn’t care less if they get married or not. I want Alfie to leave.

Apparently Alfie is going to visit Spencer in Australia soon ( according to Facebook)
Not seen it today , but guessing it’s not very good!
