The flashback showed them arguing and Cindy drinking in Spain, but it was brief. G was sporting a mustache

What do people think will emerge from:

1. Tommy’s “best man” speech, helpfully co-written by Joel.
2. The last-minute “fake wedding on the river” to be organised by Alfie?

I mean, what could possibly go wrong?!

What on earth has Tommy written? Why doesn’t Kat think that he is behind the porn buying ? It’s the first person I’d think of if it was me ( or Joe 90 put him up to it, which he did!)
I don’t buy into Elaine’s ONS to be honest. Plus he was wearing a nasty poly cotton suit..
It did look like Cindy was kissing G , but not sure if he was or not ? Maybe not.
Why call on the drag artist man too? He wasn’t that helpful really was he, but maybe we are missing ‘ tough love’ sometimes ! She should have spoken to Linda instead. She knows all about infidelity.

Couldn’t think of anything worse than a river boat with all that wind and everyone crammed on!
Especially as last time she fell in the water in her dress from Alfie’s dodgy boat.

On this occasion I think George and Cindy were not doing anything wrong - he was genuinely just being a supportive friend. But, having got the wrong end of the stick, Elaine is now in a pickle after her revenge ONS with Mr Polycotton Suit.

Generally, when EastEnders goes anywhere near the Thames, someone ends up having an unscheduled swim.

Oh , I suppose that G will find out about poly cotton man and this will be his big excuse to go off with his ex !

Drag Queen telling her to have a ONS with just anyone with an old BHS suit on and the gory details of Alfies pump aid. Can he not just take a pill instead ?

I’m surprised E’s sequins survived that ! One or two must have fallen off along the way. Plus he could have been another Reiss , certainly the same taste in clothes

I feel like we may be moving towards quite a few breakups:

• Elaine and George
• Yolande and Patrick
• Kat and Alfie? (Possibly ruined by Tommy?)

Yeah, Tommy’s speech is probably riddled with all kinds of things they don’t want to hear ! Lol

I just found the flashback you are talking about on youtube. I didn't think I'd missed any episodes but definitely have not seen that before. They didn't seem like love's young dream so I don't know why he was so upset about her leaving! It now makes it even more ridiculous he would trust her or keep going back there. He's a plank!

Yolande and Patrick will be sad, but what she said to him today was out of order really.

yet again no one talks to each other leading to all sorts. Mind you if they did actually talk there would be very few storylines

Next week, Joel sexually assaults a woman on the tube and Vicki bribes the woman to keep quiet about it. She also threatens Tommy (who witnessed the assault) not to go to the police or she'll implicate him in the assault.

I can see Ross doing that, but Vicki? I am not convinced Vicki has enough (any) money to bribe someone to not report a sexual assault.🤔

They already owe Sharon money because of him and now this :(
I hope he gets his comeuppance eventually. They usually do , but it’ll probably drag on.

Vicky seems skint - they borrowed from Sharon and don't have their own place- and also she isn't Joel's bio mum so I don't buy into her bribing anyone about anything. Ross would though. Toxic!

I agreed with Elaine saying George is like Harvey, even if Kathy didn't like it! I know he didn't actually shag Cindy but he constantly lies and withholds information. Elaine might be feeling guilty but she should kick him out anyway. As drag queen said, if she doesn't do it now they will be back here in six months time anyway.

Is it too late for them to backtrack, and write that this year has all been someone's bad dream? That would explain all the plot holes and Martin could come back 😂

Edited to add, it could be Honey waking up on their wedding day, saying what a strange nightmare she'd had. We could then have their wedding and be done with this mess we've been left with since the 40th.
