Welcome to the EastEnders spoilers thread, where we post and talk about any EE spoilers we've read about, including those in early release episodes on iPlayer.

Link below to watch episodes on BBC iPlayer - these are usually dropped at 6am on broadcast days - and you can read brief synopses of upcoming episodes:

Thank you so much South!.. 😊
I hope people come on to chat and we can spoil away ( or speculate) on here!!
( just not on the normal thread which is tv pace)
Might take us up to around Christmas now !!
..

the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 11:28

Kat was annoying me so much today :(

Anyonecanfallinlove · 24/10/2024 11:33

Thanks for new thread.
With a pp mentioning christmas, does anyone know what this year's Christmas storyline will be?

user1466028899 · 24/10/2024 11:41

I think Den will tell Angie to sling her hook before the week is out. Or I damn sure as mustard hope so. So exciting.

the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 11:55

Den and Angie ! Those were the days eh?
😊

@the80sweregreat in answer to your question about how social services would deal with someone like Tommy in real life, the disillusioned part of me says that the cracks in the system are why there’s so much youth crime, juvenile delinquency and violence against women and girls - all those ‘angry young men’ who go on a rampage that we read about on the news started out as boys like Tommy! Zack used to be an angry young man and he certainly knows what it’s like to feel rejected, I hope he can get through to Tommy.

Kat certainly needs to stop being so childish and get a hold of her own emotions. I guess it’s always been her personality to take things personally and push people away but surely she’s old enough to try a more reflective and problem solving approach?

Thanks for the new thread @Southeastdweller!

Shellingbynight · 24/10/2024 13:30

Thank you for the new thread!
I haven't watched today's yet but I saw a comment that Tommy is going to stay with Zack. He is probably the only person who could potentially get through to him - a good role model.

Christmas storyline - probably the closure of the Six?

I wonder if they’ll off Tommy? They did that with Dennis when he started to be a little toe rag.

Kat in a coma maybe, Tommy in a young offenders.

Viewer23 · 24/10/2024 13:34

I do think in addition to getting him out of the house to keep the twins safe, they would get him some mental health support and behavioural therapy but I don’t know how patchy the access to support services might be.

the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 13:36

Someone is mind reading , but I was thinking just now this is like Denny ( Sharon's son ) all over again.
It's the big 40th next year ( feb) , so maybe another killing / drowning ? I hope it's not Jean or Zac , maybe someone random ?
Viewer 23, thanks for answering my question about a real life Tommy situation
It's sad that not much is done about juvenile delinquents. In ' my day ' it was borstal and we now know that wasn't the answer for many :(

the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 13:38

I felt sorry for Stacey , but at least her and Jean managed a conversation without shouting too much. That bit ( and with Alfie ) was well done today.
Although it's bound to turn into a shouting match at some stage.
Stacey has vulnerable children under her roof
You can't have Tommy staying there

passiveaggressivenonsense · 24/10/2024 15:57

Is Tommy going to follow Bobby and Ben and become a child murderer ?

the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 16:21

I Hope Tommy doesn't murder anyone as it's been done before, but it looks like it may go that way.

Anyonecanfallinlove · 24/10/2024 17:58

It does remind me of the Denny storyline and I really hope he doesn't become a murderer or die himself. Something unexpected would be good, maybe he could become an Olympic boxer or maybe he can be the new Phil Mitchell.
I did see a post on the previous thread about justice for Keanu, I'm totally passed that, in fact I don't think I ever cared for justice for him. I feel the 6 story has run it's course, it wasn't satisfying in any way but I've come to terms with that.
It's quite nice not knowing the Christmas storylines, after the build up last year. Let's hope it's something good

Southeastdweller · 24/10/2024 18:08

The Six story resurfaces next week when Nish and DCI Arthurs get involved again.

Shane Richie has said the Christmas episode will be “tragic”. So maybe he’s referring to Linda dying.

OP posts:
the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 18:11

I've a feeling that Christmas/ new year might be a bit of a damp squib and the big stories will be in February for their Ruby anniversary.
It's only a guess though
I hope nobody dies , but they do like a ' soap ' death and they haven't had any this year (so far)
The six story comes up again next week , but once Nish finds out that Denise hit him last Christmas, maybe he'll then die and solve the big problem of ' will he tell the police ' and so on.

the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 18:13

Poor Linda if she dies this year
She was only trying to save Sharon's life.
It was sad that Ken died and he didn't get any justice though. It is a bit of a vicious circle with this storyline isn't it! lol

Southeastdweller · 24/10/2024 18:22

Someone does die at Christmas (or a week or two before) because pics were leaked a couple of weeks ago and I think posted on here of Johnny being escorted from a church. Nancy, Sharon, Elaine and Lee were also there and dressed in black. But no Linda.

OP posts:
the80sweregreat · 24/10/2024 18:25

Poor Linda , I will miss her !

Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain · 24/10/2024 18:51

I’m a bit love and hate about Linda. I found her irritating when she was with Mick but she did/does a good drunk off the rails act. I probably would miss her.

It’s been said before but George and Elaine don’t go and Elaine seems a bit too posh for an East end pub landlady.

Tommy is a little tike! Will Zack be able to sort him out? Was it living with Phil or moving out of Phil’s that triggered his new found violent behaviour? And if so surely Phil would be the best person to get through to him. Zack seems like he hasn’t matured much anyway.

lazymum99 · 24/10/2024 19:57

Maybe they find Micks body and it’s his funeral. Linda could have not been able to handle going to it and went on a massive bender instead??

That's what I'm hoping for 🤞

Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain · 24/10/2024 20:31

Just watched tonight’s programme, so it is a missing Phil type thing for Tommy. What happened to his dad? No wonder he’s not a fan of Alfie and his brothers and maybe he feels left out not knowing his real dad. Is it really wise to put him next door to Kat with Zack?

lazymum99 · 24/10/2024 20:48

@Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain tommys dad was Michael moon. Alfie’s cousin. Scarlett’s dad too. Married Janine who I think killed him!
