Following on from the last thread.

We're currently up to where Roy has been arrested for (allegedly) killing Lauren, and Roy's dog has been stolen and the thieves are saying the dog won't be returned until Roy admits his guilt.

Leanne is being drawn into a weird cult.

Toyah is arrested for criminal damage for attacking someone's car. (Someone who thinks Roy buried Lauren in the park!) And she doesn't seem quite herself. What is wrong with her?

Joel and DeeDee are on-again-off-again ...

I'm sure there's a few more bits and bobs going on, but there's plenty of space on this thread (and time) to catch up.

So did that flashback mean Nathan did it?

It didn’t actually show or name him though in that shot, did it?

I feel the policeman has something to do it. Or am I completely late to the party

Well done whoever guessed Joel. I’d have thought he’d have bumped of Ruuuby so she couldn’t tell anyone.

Sarah and Bethany are both as annoying stupid as each other.

We all said it was creepy Joel. But of course he can “defend” Nathan to the point he’ll be found guilty. Too much dna evidence.
Wish it wasn’t filmed so dark. I’ve had to put my screen on almost maximum brightness. Poor Nina doesn’t look great.

And when did Hawp turn honest?

What's the story with Sarah and the policeman? Feel like they know each other. Why would he lie for Sarah?

I know it looks bad but we don't actually know if Lauren is dead! This is such a weird way to end the episode. Glad Roy is out though.

I'm annoyed for Dee Dee. I really like her and now he's shit on her again.

I spent most of that episode wanting to scream into the void. Clearly Roy was not going to die, and who cares about Griff. (And seriously - he’s released within ten minutes and they sit clapping him in the cafe and serving him cake? How about the 6 months of intensive therapy he needs!)

And why does everyone have to spill their guts constantly - why did Sarah tell Bethany? I agree they are both as stupid as each other.

So it looks as if Joel doesn’t know Nathan? I had thought he might have been his solicitor the previous time but it looked like Nathan hadn’t met him before. I didn’t think we needed to see Lauren beaten over the head x 2, we got that it was Joel's memory the first time round.

I know there were a few people who always thought Joel was Lauren's secret boyfriend - well done!

And still this blasted storyline has not finished! Arrrghhh! I don't think I can take any more of it, I was only watching this week in the hope of it being over.

Being pedantic, but when Bethany was confronting Craig as to whether Nathan's arrest was in connection with Lauren, Craig said that the policeman had found a load of USB stick "in the back of the van". But in fact, he found them in the glove box, in the front of the van. Maybe "back of the van" is just a turn of phrase, but maybe that's another "attention to detail" thing.

And why is Kit setting up Nathan? Was hoping he wouldn't turn out to be a bent cop

Craig was only reporting rumours from down the station because he wasn't there. Is Kit on work experience in cid like Craig was.
