Following on from the last thread.

We're currently up to where Roy has been arrested for (allegedly) killing Lauren, and Roy's dog has been stolen and the thieves are saying the dog won't be returned until Roy admits his guilt.

Leanne is being drawn into a weird cult.

Toyah is arrested for criminal damage for attacking someone's car. (Someone who thinks Roy buried Lauren in the park!) And she doesn't seem quite herself. What is wrong with her?

Joel and DeeDee are on-again-off-again ...

I'm sure there's a few more bits and bobs going on, but there's plenty of space on this thread (and time) to catch up.

There was a scene a few months ago where Kevin was bending over doing work on a car, and Abi said "I'm enjoying the view!" with a rapturous smile on her face!

He has put up with a lot from her and helped her through some really hard times. Im on team Kevin.

Only after someone else has kicked his arse though, the standard pattern is 'something awful happens to Abi - Kev flies off the handle and is an utter shit to her - someone kicks his backside into realising the promises he made to her and he belts up.

Bang on, @WiddlinDiddlin . This week's story is a case in point. Somebody posts a porn video of Abi online. Turns out not to be her, but our Kev's instinctive reaction isn't horror that someone has broadcast something very private about her, but disgust that she apparently did whatever it was with whoever it was, long before she even met Kevin, at all. All 'What have you done now?', egged on by the angelic Cassie, of course.

He always has done and tbh even when he's not supposedly angry the intone in his voice suggests otherwise

Abi wouldn't be the easiest person to live with. Poor Kevin is constantly being walloped with the latest catastrophe.
Cassie should go back to Brookside. She is horrible.

Kev and Abi take it in turns to have a meltdown but I'm team Kev. I love Angry Little Kev.

I assume Max did not do it because that seems the way the storyline is heading, but it is very hard to believe Max because he vehemently denied everything he ever did in the far right days. I don't know why anyone would take his word for anything. So if he didn't do it, who? I suppose Corey (or someone connected with him), it needs to be someone with the skills and no one on the street apart from Max has them.

Griff is Lauren's dad's mate from the far right group. I am so fed up with this storyline! Yes @eggandonion it's BGT week with the half hour episodes. They always used to do something big for BGT week so I am hoping it means this story is ending.

Is it BGT finals week? I wonder if the big Corrie storyline will be Paul's death 😢

Paul can't die because kit has just arrived and no sign of Summer.
I was lonely in Team Kevin and am happy to have company.
Is anyone except Paul sceduled to die this week? In a tragic and dramatic way? Perhaps the quads could go missing on Monday and be found on Friday?

I think we're in for a 'Who killed JR Lauren' type week.

I agree I don't think Paul's going to die just yet. They have more to wring out of this storyline.

I still don't think Lauren is dead so maybe it's the week she's going to turn up. Joel is being so nice and supportive to DeeDee, he hasn't done any 'guilty faces' lately has he?

Deedee deserves a nice boyfriend and eventually a lovely wedding and a baby. A cousin for invisible Glory. A grandchild for Aggie who is lost and gone forever.
I really hope Lauren returns. Although it has been so long I am confusing her with Kelly.

I've forgotten what the situation is with Ed the builder. Is he meant to still be working or has he disappeared in the dark gambling tunnel. 😞
