Following on from the last thread.

We're currently up to where Roy has been arrested for (allegedly) killing Lauren, and Roy's dog has been stolen and the thieves are saying the dog won't be returned until Roy admits his guilt.

Leanne is being drawn into a weird cult.

Toyah is arrested for criminal damage for attacking someone's car. (Someone who thinks Roy buried Lauren in the park!) And she doesn't seem quite herself. What is wrong with her?

Joel and DeeDee are on-again-off-again ...

I'm sure there's a few more bits and bobs going on, but there's plenty of space on this thread (and time) to catch up.

This seems like the most probable scenario, never mind how unlikely it sounds. And if Max doesn't quite cut it as a mechanic, he can moonlight as a tech guru for every business in Weatherfield. It'll only keep him in pocket money, however, and he'll only ever be able to afford to live with David and the rest of the clan.

I think Roy can wear his own clothes (and grow a stubble beard to rival Kevin's!) because he's on remand, and not a prisoner (yet)

Not sure I can cope with yet another Abi life set back story. How much misery does she have to endure?

@WiddlinDiddlin yes those scenes with Max were so clunky that there had to be a plot reason they were stuck in there! I'm sure he'll be involved one way or another.

So many theories and questions above and far too many holes in the storylines as usual. The writers have achieved their goal which is to keep us (well most of us) watching the silly soap. 😕😬

I am also wondering now if the Abi 'sextape' is deepfake. Whatever it is, I reckon (as a few posters have said) that it's Cassie behind it.

I found it odd that Abi rang that fella and said 'you win, you'll get your money' as the genie is out of the bottle now. The video is out there! So why would she pay him anything? So yeah I wonder if it's a trap for Cassie....?

Also cannot understand why Cassie would want Kevin, he is very unappealing now. Looks very old and rough for late 50s.

I think the accusations made against Michael le Vell really took their toll on him. He apparently developed a drug addiction during this time. That might be a reason why he looks so much older than his age.
