Following on from the last thread.

We're currently up to where Roy has been arrested for (allegedly) killing Lauren, and Roy's dog has been stolen and the thieves are saying the dog won't be returned until Roy admits his guilt.

Leanne is being drawn into a weird cult.

Toyah is arrested for criminal damage for attacking someone's car. (Someone who thinks Roy buried Lauren in the park!) And she doesn't seem quite herself. What is wrong with her?

Joel and DeeDee are on-again-off-again ...

I'm sure there's a few more bits and bobs going on, but there's plenty of space on this thread (and time) to catch up.

I haven't watched for over a week but was going to watch tonight's episode - but having read the updates (thank you for that!) I'm not sure I can stand it. The first Nathan storyline was hard enough to get through, I can't take a reprise. I would guess Nathan is involved in the Lauren storyline, and the 'surprise' element is that so is Joel.

I am interested in the Bernie storyline though. As she loses one son, she finds another? (Anyone would be posh compared with Bernie 😁)

If Bernie has a secret child they better not be a wrong 'un, or anyone from the street, my patience will only stretch so far.

Hopefully the new found son will be really rich and pay for Gemma and Chesney and all their brood to move to an enormous house miles away from Weatherfield. Never to be seen again.

Bernie can stay in their house and be happy with Dev.
