Following on from the last thread.

We're currently up to where Roy has been arrested for (allegedly) killing Lauren, and Roy's dog has been stolen and the thieves are saying the dog won't be returned until Roy admits his guilt.

Leanne is being drawn into a weird cult.

Toyah is arrested for criminal damage for attacking someone's car. (Someone who thinks Roy buried Lauren in the park!) And she doesn't seem quite herself. What is wrong with her?

Joel and DeeDee are on-again-off-again ...

I'm sure there's a few more bits and bobs going on, but there's plenty of space on this thread (and time) to catch up.

I thought it was just me imagining it. Sarah doesn't half knock it back! I have not drank any alcohol since New Year's Day. Just wanted to have a dry January and have carried it on, so I wondered if I was just being extra judgy because I haven't drank for 4 months. But yeah - she necks the wine good and proper! HUGE glasses too.

They all do though. And they all have a breakfast at Roy’s plus a coffee to go. They must spend a fortune. No wonder nobody can afford their own house and have to all lodge at other people’s!

I missed it too, but just seen what she said

I have noticed Bethany's mouth looks different/a little bit odd. And I think it's because she's had filler in them. Pic 1 is her around 2016 not long after she came into Corrie. Pic 2 is her in 2024. She seems to struggle to smile properly now. (IMO.)

I must have missed a couple of episodes. Why is Lauren meant to be dead and not just gone off somewhere.

They found blood splashed on the wall and a chair leg so RCraigy said " that's not a nosebleed" and ta da she's dead !

Thanks. I expect her to walk in any minute saying I'm alive and everything is as before. Its dragging on a bit. I know its not real but poor Roy. Such good acting.

Bethany was particularly annoying tonight

Bethany stole Nathan's phone - she found him - and snatched it from him. Turns out he is subscribed to 'OVids' (where missing girl Lauren puts her 'sexy' videos.) He has followed Lauren's page. Bethany told the blonde female cop (Swain,) but she said he wasn't doing anything wrong, and there is no evidence that he has been anywhere near Lauren.

Daniel and Adam went to 'scare' Nathan and told him to leave town!

Maria and Gary are on the rocks after Gary getting too close to Sarah. (She got over Damon quick didn't she?!) Maria told Gary to move back into the flat though, and they will try to work things out.

Leanne is forking out £200 a month to this ridiculous cult type thing, and Toyah has decided to try to prove it's a scam. (Not sure how!)

Bernie is behaving odd too, and keeps mumbling something about not being a great mother, and not being a very nice person. (I reckon it's something to do with what Paul and Gemma's dad said last week!)

At the end, Bethany logged onto 'Ovidz' and made a fake account pretending to be a teen girl, and Nathan came on and started speaking to her.
