I think jack's parents were at the wedding. Not sure why they weren't at the home stay. Maybe he lives away.
It was difficult to watch poor Eden. I was hoping Lucinda or Ridge would see what was happening and come in to look after her.
I've had anxiety linked to some meds and god, it's awful. I've never felt so grateful for my lovely DP than watching that.
She was doing extremely well to even be there and Jayden had zero understanding despite Eden explaining quite clearly this time. Do they need a public health campaign for hearing tests for Australian men or something? Richard, Jayden, I'm wondering whether there is some kind of ear damaging bug going around. Carping on and on about totally inconsequential matters when all she needed was quiet reassurance and space. He doesn't have the maturity to differentiate TV drama from what feels at the time like a very real and scary health situation.
She seems to have accepted his insisting that he's a good guy and is hanging on but I'm hoping with a bit of space will realise his perspective on life and how he visits it on others will cause her MH to get so much worse. He has no concept of his own flaws but a very clear magnifying glass on everyone else's including hers.
Jade needs to slow down, Ridge has a much more realistic timeline for finding a new nursing job in a different trust (not sure how it is in Aus but assuming similar), getting to know DD better etc.
Lauren looked stunning!!
I reckon Jack proposed to Tori in quite a cynical -but-not-awful way on the honeymoon 'look, you're a very attractive woman but not my type. I don't want to lead you on, so we can either leave early, or now you've left your job etc, see it through to see what opportunities come up afterwards and play it as the power couple (insert flattery). We will defend the relationship and not humiliate each other by bonking any other participants. What do you think?'
I think Tori agreed to stay in, secretly hoping he will change his mind and because she didn't want to have to slink home early. Then he has decided to play the villain by letting hints out whereas she's stuck to it to the letter. That's either out of devilment to push her boundaries because she makes it so easy, or going for bad boy notoriety showing how he can treat em mean and still keep em keen.
She looks upset because he isn't really sticking to the spirit of the agreement but she can't see how to back out now. That's my theory! Her naivety probably plays a part, isn't she quite a bit younger? 27 to his 34 or so?
A cheap bracelet and one shag isn't a great sacrifice when he probably thinks he's made a name for himself but she thinks he may be coming round. So goes my conspiracy!! It's a bit sad and icky.
