I watched Chenobyl on Netflix , we haven't got sky. It was a while ago though.

It's really good but extremely intense. Cast is fabulous, including Paul Ritter. What a loss he was.

Chernobyl is like watching a horror film. It was a horror, utterly terrifying, and watching the drama captures that so, so well.

It really is. Very surprising for an actor

Chernobyl is SO brilliant. One of the best things I've seen on TV, but a very tough watch, as you can imagine

The episode where they are clearing the rubble off the roof is horrific

Craig Mazin did a great job on the writing - shame the Last Of Us is so boring 😂

Clare’s accent seems a little exaggerated at times with the ‘oo’ compared to others

Don’t know about horror (a genre I rigorously avoid) but Chernobyl is edge of your seat stuff. And also an extraordinary work of art, aurally and visually.

But IIRC it also contained some amazingly wry, sly humour. (Which ‘The Last of Us’, by the same writer (?) sadly lacks.)

Con O Neill is perhaps better on stage than screen.

When I say Chernobyl is like a horror film I mean that you watch it thinking, don’t do that, oh God, why are you opening that door? Don’t go down there! Why the fuck are you on that roof! Watching some of it between your fingers.

My son's dog doesn't like other men much. Not sure why.
Someone suggested my Dh spoke to him in a high pitched voice ; he sounded a bit like Neil over Christmas trying to get the dog to like him ! He was a bit suspicious of him , the treats and toys we bought it worked a bit better ! Lol
