I thought the sonar people seemed useless! Makes sense re flying in the saboteur with Amy too.

I’m only half way episode 2 , and starting to lose interest , but seeing there is a second thread I thought I might be missing something, does it get better?

I've enjoyed it but wouldn't say it gets better as such - I've enjoyed it from the first episode but my DH stopped watching as he found it boring.

Think you either love it (most of us) or hate it (misguided few!)!

Yes I think the sonar operators’ continual mistakes must be relevant, but also the detectives’ relationship.

Because Silva was afraid to introduce what's her name to Poppy and her grandparents but actually it would have been OK?

Random question/musing - the poison that Burke had apparently been given was in his mouth. And a substance had stained his fleece & Jackie’s bedding (presumably the same one??)

But is that also the same as the nerve gas? I’m assuming not as that’s, well, a gas. And the stains weren’t treated as deadly.

I am, quite happily, not up on me poisons.

Cruden told Kirsten he was Jade's father, but last week when he was taking the guy from the camp to the embassy he said 'she was a good friend of mine'

Ah bugger - had convinced myself last episode is on tonight but just realised it's on Sunday nights. Another day before I need to suspend my disbelief!

I’d set the series to record and was going to watch it over 3 nights once it finished.

Got caught out by a clip on gogglebox last week, so decided to watch episodes 1-5 this week, ready for final episode tomorrow.

I’ve really enjoyed it. Agree with others - not sure how the6 can possibly get to Silva in time to save her.

Paterson Joseph also played the creepy hugging cult-type leader in The Leftovers, which I watched recently - on the back of a “what cancelled shows do you miss” thread on here.

I’m working so will do my usual and be behind by 15m

Lol. I work nights. I’m a maternity nurse usually do 9-7

Chat to parents briefly Then they go to bed usually few mins after 9 to get almost 9/10hrs undisturbed sleep

Baby usually asleep till 10/11 so watch tv /read etx then I feed wind change settle etx

Same! Or is it just that you have the opportunity to watch then (carer, perhaps - like my brother who puts his service user to bed at 9pm, and then needs to stay for at least another hour).
