Tim giving the house and restaurant back doesn’t help as they were hers to start with. Unless he sold them he has no cash or assets to help Yasmin. Granted she would be much worse off if he did cash them in but she not really out of the financial sink hole yet.

Re: Tim paint off Geoff's debts - why should he? He isn't legally responsible - though I think normally debts are taken from the estate before the bequest is released.

I still find the Yasmeen being responsible the hardest thing to get my head round. If Geoff was still married to Elaine (and when it came out in court, it seemed he WAS), then Yasmeen wasn't married to him - even if she'd made him co-owner of her home and business surely this would have been because she thought he was her legal spouse, and he wasn't, and it's therefore not enforceable in law.

I think he maybe knows, but hasn't been paid so is keeping his knowledge to himself. The oprah interview is nine o'clock, so my Monday evening is undisturbed. By nine it will all be public knowledge. I watched the Diana interview in America, a day late.
