In soaps the fostering or adoption process is always done at high speed. Totally unrealistic.
Harvey the drug man is doing a good job at being evil. Will Mellor is playing him well. Very believable, which is unusual these days for Corrie.

I had to laugh when Simon thought nurse Leanne was back on the game

The whole thing was very unsettling but not in the way that it was supposed to be. It's really not edgy, or pacey, or dramatic, or tense - it's all a bit silly.

Sean's flouncy head move last night looked ridiculous. That guy is an exaggerated caricature of a gay man, it's like panto.

No, drug man told her to get a disguise and she stole the uniform off the Bailey's washing line. There was a 'blink and you'll miss it' scene with James in the cafe saying how he thought he was going mad as he'd put a load of washing out that he thought had one of his mum's uniforms in but now it wasn't there. It then cut to Leanne in the flat with the uniform. I did wonder whether they'd be a similar size

No, I think Leanne Of Duty nicked Aggie's uniform from her washing line, because there was some painful expository dialogue from Michael about it not being on the line when he thought it was.

It's understandable that you might fall asleep while Michael 'acts' though.
