Having lived in Jersey for 26 years, I’m loving the way the island is being shown but OMG the women are just cringe!

Thoughts anyone?

Spotted another 'star' in the wild yesterday! Dear dishy Tiago was behind me at the traffic lights. Judging by the car he was driving handing out cocktails to wealthy women must be fairly lucrative.

I’ve really tried but Jersey has been the star and my reason for watching.

I will be visiting as it is beautiful.

I haven't watched it but heard about someone that has taken part, says it all really. Would have loved to have visited Jersey. Hope these 'ladies' haven't bought the tone down too much

Not to derail the thread but just heard that Jersey is the official back-up option for Love Island if they can't film in Majorca this year

Omg ive been so confused because I do watch Real housewives of New Jersey and I couldn’t recognise any names or storylines and kept checking the date of posts thinking this may have been a really old season everyone was watching (but even then no names were making sense). Whew finally worked it out.
Have never watched any of the U.K. based real housewives.

Is anyone watching the new series?

I've just watched the first few episodes of the second series over the last few days.

Just re-reading this thread and realised Hedi isn't in this one.

I saw Margaret a few times in St Helier and she always smiled at people, not in a smug way but an 'I know you recognise me that's why your staring' way.

This thread appearing on my timeline made me wonder if there was a new season.

Turned out it's been cancelled. Love the fact that Tessa said it was because she had quit and there wasn't a show without her.

Bet the other ladies loved her saying that 😀

@girlmeetsboy i saw her in the bar in Selfridges last year. She gave me the same smile. I absolutely didn’t let her knew I recognised her. She looks even older in real life. She also couldn’t have been more judgy about how quickly I drank my drink, cheeky mare 😂
