kazza we've been wishing for one for years. Sometimes a contestant seems to get very close to filleting him but never follows through. Sad

Perhaps he thought he could shape the meringue by containing it in the pan, as you might do with rice or something, choco - then he could whip it off and the meringue would stay put?
