I’ve binge watched for 2 days as I’m ill. I never tire of it. I have one niggle: about Pete and Dawn’s children. Why do they look so young in the vow renewal scene? If they were that young, they’d have been round at Pam and Mick’s all the time too.

Was a bit weird yesterday seeing Pam Ferris in G and S followed by Matilda.

My favourite characters are Ness and Bryn. I like Ness the way I liked Father Jack. Every single thing they say is funny and you just want to hear more.

And something by The Distance, the band she was in.

No Pete Townsend, as we’ve established.

She wasn't in The Distance, she just lived with them. She was in the Pussycat Dolls though

Wasn't she a roadie for The Who? (To be fair I think they've been a bit mean to Pete Townsend, after seeing Tommy, I imagine he's more sinned against than sinning).

She was in the original line up if All Saints too, but didn't get on with Shaznay.

I fancy Larry Lamb in this do much 😖

Eddie Stobart had a thing for her.

Did she live with Noel shacked up like, or just housemates?

I just watched the episode where Jason comes back before the wedding. He and Nessa are a bit unfriendly to each other - is there a reason behind it?

I think it was platonic with Noel. Ness and Bryn are very tight though: she will have his back against Jason.

Angry Anderson's 'Suddenly' refers to Scott and Charlene's wedding in Neighbours.

As in the music played by the programme as the wedding happened.

Doesn't ness say at one point to Bryn "you had your chance, you didn't take it"? I assume that's what tll is referring to!

How old is Gavin? He seems to have quite a high up job in series 3 (big office, nice windows) though I'd previously assumed early mid 20s (ie 25!). Mind you Stacey has fitted in five engagements and I've always assumed they're roughly the same age.

Before Nessa's wedding, Bryn says she looks lovely in her wedding dress and that's when Nessa says that Bryn had his chance but didn't take it.

On the Nessa-Smithy compatibility front, I think the way they dance to Madness is one of the best signs - in time, synchronised, very telling!

Can't believe I missed that about Bryn and Nessa. Obviously I did.

Smithy definitely says he is 28 at some point (maybe series 2?) So I assume Gavin is the same age so the whole lot spans 26/27 to 29?

I think Smithy says he's 28 when he's buying a suit for Dawn and Pete's vow renewal.
