I’ve binge watched for 2 days as I’m ill. I never tire of it. I have one niggle: about Pete and Dawn’s children. Why do they look so young in the vow renewal scene? If they were that young, they’d have been round at Pam and Mick’s all the time too.

Was a bit weird yesterday seeing Pam Ferris in G and S followed by Matilda.

My favourite characters are Ness and Bryn. I like Ness the way I liked Father Jack. Every single thing they say is funny and you just want to hear more.

One of my favourite shows but this part drives me mad, when the welsh lot come up for the first time Mick asks Nessa if she drives and she says “I don’t Mick, which is a shame, cause I loves a good ride” . But then a few episodes later she turns up in the lorry and they mention about her HGV licence 🤦‍♀️

I've met 'Stacey' she lives in the area. I served her where I used to work. She's got 2 or 3 kids.

I love it when Pam's telling Stacey about Smithy's mom having an alleged 'frisson' with headteacher Pauline, and then later on at Smithy's house, he asks where she is and Rudy says 'Gone to lunch with Pauline!'

Although I've watched every series at least thrice, I'm going to have to check it all out again on Netflix. I recall having to explain to DH (who's 15 years my senior and doesn't get all of the same cultural references) why they played Angry Anderson's 'Suddenly' at Ness's and Dave Coaches' nuptials.

Stacey's brother was in S1 of 'Pulling' too. I'm pretty sure that he was also in a MasterCard advert, riding down a flume. I'm very sad btw, a total comedy nut.
