Did Gabriel really have his vision restored?

I was wondering that as well

I wasn't sure about that either. Was it just that he could now see/understand why 'God' gave him that shitty day where he nearly escaped with the Doctor but ended up being captured as he needed to inspire Eugene? Or even going back further than that why he let down his original parishioners. If Gabriel had let them all in when the outbreak started he would almost certainly have ended up dead and wouldn't be able to help people now. Presumably lots of people who were genuinely religious rather than just churchgoers would theoretically end up dead trying to help people, or suicide through despair ?

I think it was quite an interesting moment when the sun came in on Gabriel like that - they are keeping the idea there might be miracles and God even in all the death and zombies. A bit like the zombie apocalypse was a plague of locusts or the flood and now things can get better. Or it could all be a coincidence and antibiotics finally kicked in!.

Still can’t believe that bloody doctor shot himself. I suppose he’d heard about what happened to his brother and assumed the same would happen to him.

The saviours killed him though when he tried to take the gun from the saviour on the back of the pick up, he didnt kill himself.

Is it Tara? She was guarding a prisoner and at one point he asked for a gun and said I'm going with you either way.. Or something like that

Oh the good looking saviour who wants to be part of the hilltop - yeah I was really unsure about him at that point too, not sure why as he has seemed trustworthy so far, but the Oceanside crew arrived and started fire bombing the saviours who were storming the house, so if he had been going to turn against hilltop and join the saviours he changed his mind.

I can never understand what he's saying. Maybe as part of the civilised new world ezekiel will give them all enunciation lessons. And a few beards shaved couldn't go amiss. If the women can have perfect legs and armpits they obviously have a steady supply of razors.

That's true about that guy though, he is being set up as a good 'un who might join the main gang - but is he trustworthy? There was a moment where we didn't know if the 'good saviours' might switch sides again and turn on the hilltop gang during the battle when Tara gave them weapons. Oceanside arrived at that exact moment so we can't know what would have happened.

I can't understand the timescales. Judith is now a 3 year old, I remember Negan feeding her at Alexandria, yet Maggie hasn't remotely got a bump, and considering how ill she was before Glenn died, she hasn't been ill since -morning sickness etc.

Judith was supposed to die at the prison. Having her alive is shit and has always screwed with the timeline.

No they plan to imprison negan to show how rhey are rebuilding civilization. However Maggie, Darryl, jesus are planning to kill him.

HANG ON..that Facebook thing suggests Maggie etc were plotting to kill RICK not negan. Surely surely not.

Eugene did do the dirty but said he was inspired by Gabriels general crap ness at the job of making bullets (presumably he made in so bad it would explode) so he didn't have ac long term master plan. Presumably before that he was just trying to not get shot, eaten or Lucilled by any means possible.
