Apologies if a dedicated thread has already been started on this.

Watching now.

Can’t see most of it as it is shot at night / in poor light conditions.

Anyone else watching?

Just managed to make out the horde by screenshotting and zooming in. I thought they were trees!

It's also hard to believe that someone as smart as Eugene wouldn't think of that by himself.

cushioncovers · 19/04/2018 09:02

I also thought The herd were trees.

Eugene is still a snake afaic he will side with whoever keeps him alive.

Negan would be unable to talk surely?

Did rick miraculously cut just deep enough to wound but not kill? 😄. Seems completely unbelievable to me.

Someone on Facebook posted on that it's still only been a month since Glenn died. This can't be right can it? Although that would explain maggies non existent bump.

glowfrog · 19/04/2018 10:16

Only a month strikes me as too short as well. I'm thinking it must be at least 2 or 3. I didn't show until I was 5 months along in my first pregnancy.

Willow2017 · 19/04/2018 10:48

They have said that this series was only over a few weeks as opposed to months with other series.

That's why Maggie's pregnancy is hardly showing and her grief is still the driving force in her.

I liked the finale i think negans punishment is far worse than just killing him. A daily reminder that he lost everything and was wrong will be torture for him. I get where Maggie and Daryl ate comong from but not Jesus. (Unless he is going along with them hoping things will change along the way while rebuilding)
But i dont want a civil war. I am more interested in the whole rebuilding thing and the music woman, and what they will do with the huge herd i have had enough of killing and brutality for now.😀

yumyumpoppycat · 19/04/2018 11:28

I agree willow I can see how a civil war would happen in this scenario - but I just wish it wouldn't - am a bit bored of fighting now, although Maggie is planning to rebuild first so maybe we will get one season that's not got any non zombie fighting and people just work together.

With Eugene I think he could have thought of the bullet thing if he had been actively trying to rebel but he wasn't at that point. I think it was partly that Gabriel reminded him that even though he is weak he could still fight back against Negan and this was something that could properly work, then when he saw Rosita it confirmed to him which team he wanted to be on. PS I really don't like Eugene - I prefer Gabriel although he is a bit naff - at least he isn't gross! They are both quite similar characters so I think it was good they ended up together and Gabriel was able to 'show him the way' {vom}

yumyumpoppycat · 19/04/2018 11:32

Oh and I think he also wanted to prove Rosita wrong of course, is it bad that I loved it when she punched him Blush

Willow2017 · 19/04/2018 11:54

yumy
I agree. He is too weak to have actively gone against Negan at the sanctury but Gabriel never giving up trying to do something spurned him on a bit and gave him the courage to do what he did.

He did deserve the punch😁he could have just told them!

glowfrog · 19/04/2018 12:04

Willow - I don't think they would have believed Eugene if he'd tried to tell them he was going to sabotage the bullets.

ShockShock I'm flabbergasted at the short time scale.

StripySocksAndDocs · 19/04/2018 17:11

No way!!

So in just under 5 week period we thought we'd lost Glen as he was ripped to pieces, then realised we hadn't, then weren't sure if he's had his head battered in, then realised he had.

He’s flying the helicopter 😂

yumyumpoppycat · 20/04/2018 12:50

Has anyone seen s4 ep 1 of ftwd yet? I have only watched the first scene or two but it has MUCH more of a WD vibe so far!

MiddleClassProblem · 20/04/2018 14:24

I’ve only seen the boys they showed on talking dead. I’ll have to wait until it comes to amazon but it looked like a Morgan ep.

yumyumpoppycat · 20/04/2018 17:56

I will prob wait for amazon too as whats the point of paying for it otherwise esp as glitch, but I am finding myself impatient! The other thing is that (hope I am not spoiling, so will leave a gap in case!)

potential spoiler

the scene I watched has been designed to follow on from the last episode of WD we just saw, nothing new revealed exactly but it wont have the same impact watched after season 9 of walking dead.

StealthPolarBear · 20/04/2018 22:07

Does Maggie know about the plans to imprison him though? Or does she think they'll be budding up to him?
I think in principle keeping him prisoner is a great idea but in this world things have a habit of going wrong and prisoners escape. Why did Rick need the ten seconds? .

StealthPolarBear · 20/04/2018 22:07

Who is heath?
I wish rhetyd get onto the virus and a cure...

Willow2017 · 20/04/2018 22:32

Heath was from Alexandria, he and Tara went on a scavenging mission after they took out the first Saviours outpost. THey got seperated and Tara found the oceanside lot.

Are there any scientists and labs left to cure the virus? The CDC blew itself up when it ran out of power, it had the only samples left. Other labs in the world had all fallen by then. I want to see the rebuilding not a cure yet.

StealthPolarBear · 20/04/2018 22:41

Sorry maybe not a cure but management of the situation. Going back to working out what is happening.

StealthPolarBear · 21/04/2018 09:34

Did Gabriel really have his vision restored?

StealthPolarBear · 21/04/2018 09:35

I'm still so pleased Eugene came through for them. Never thought he would, although I realise to begin with be plan was just to do what negan said and stay alive

Willow2017 · 21/04/2018 11:03

I think its getting better but not miraculously restored in that sense. It was better than it had been when he was in the woods when he tried to escape negans car.
