Watching again this evening. Just before they left the Hilltop a few characters had purple fabric around their arms. Does anyone know why?

What happened with Dwight? What did the cottage and the note mean?

Each the cottage was Dwight and Sherry's home or meeting place. He went there earlier in the season and she'd left him a note etc and he left her a note and some beer. When he went there this time she'd been back as the beer was drunk and she'd left him a note - wonder if the honeymoon refers to where she'll go next and for him to meet up with her?

I thought Maggie killed Gregory/had him killed?

Can't get my head around Jesus really. He's been preaching peace but he was the one who brought in Rick and co to wipe out the Saviours in the first place. He also basically backed Maggie to overthrow Gregory. Now he's team "kill Negan". Maybe he's just backing Maggie until he can talk her out of it?

I was a bit disappointed when rick slit negan's throat, but not totally happy when he then saved him either - it was a no win.

Totally agree re Maggie looking like a bond villain and Daryl being a twat recently!

Twatty I thought similar about Jesus, prob he will try to stop Maggie doing anything too drastic and attempt to talk her down once she has had time to calm down. He is her right hand man so has to be there even if he doesn't agree with what she is suggesting, also I think it was building up the hilltop he was agreeing with. His character needs a good story next season really.
