I suddenly clocked how many posts we were up to. Not a record for Wimbledon threads, by any means (I remember the days we filled threads up in a day) but we've still managed to get through a fair bit this week .

Just checking in here. Am enjoying this match - Djokovic's was just a bit - dull.

Only saw the end of the Djokovic match - can't believe he still does the heart thing to the crowd - it's very cringy.

Enjoying the Halep/Konta match - likingthem both but would like Jo to win - she must be important if they've moved the 6 o clock news for her

And she's through. Well done Jo! I am sad for Simona though- she is a bit fragile, Halep- I hope she comes back strong from this. Glad she waited, though I bet she didn't feel like.

Serena's absence leaves me confused. Either Serena Williams is too strong or women's level has improved in a year.

Delighted for Jo, I really like her. Feel sorry for Halep though particularly that last point.

Delighted for Jo, although I think it was unfortunate how it ended. The person who shouted out in the crowd obviously put Simona off. I wonder if they can do anything about it? I like Simona a lot, but I put her in the same category as Aga Radwanska. Technically very good and always there or thereabouts, but I'm not sure they're champions.

Is the unfinished match going to be on CC next?
