I'm really looking forward to the new series tomorrow! Just watched the last two of the first series - I'll be interested to see how it pans out, as I'm not too sure how it will work 'outside' of the car....! It's one of the few comedy shows that makes me laugh, and it's got a lovely 'gentle' feel to it (or maybe I'm just getting a bit old and soppy....)

Anyone else?

I agree about the 'old fashioned' quality, it has a kind of innocence about it that I love, but then I prefer understated subtle humour to the Mrs Brown's crude stuff. Am getting old!

I would like to think they end up together - the subtlety of the attraction growing through the first series was great, that sort of wistful longing type thing, particularly in the last episode. They make such a lovely couple!

Yes new series tomorrow at 9pm and then apparently the whole series will be available straightaway on iplayer - will I be able to resist watching it all?!

Great - such a simple concept with a fab soundtrack.
Love Peter Key though - first time I saw him on TV doing stand up I swore he'd grown up in my house.
