Oh no Rahh, you've just reminded me I forgot to get wine glasses! I managed to drop one glass on top of another while I was doing the dishes and broke both of them, and sliced my finger open at the same time! It's a special skill I have, not everyone is capable of being so clumsy

Let's hope the new The Voice will be worth a watch. While I've been in hospital, I met a young woman on my ward who got through a few auditions for that, actually- she sang beautifully. We had a good time belting out some Les Mis numbers together 😂

I'm not sure X Factor is the thing to make anyone feel better but at least we can cheer ourselves up.

I think The Voice will be odd on ITV. I'll watch it anyway, as I am drawn to this shit . There will be too many ads for a start. But the whole premise of the Voice is a bit pants once the turny chairs bit is over anyway. At the very least on ITV they will want to get their money out of the winner, so will at least try and promote them. Which is more than the Beeb has ever done.

Destiny I think tonight will be th Final - part one, they will get rid of someone tonight, probably matt and tomorrow the remaining 2 acts will warble their way through the Winner's Song. The winner will be announced as the credits are rolling probably, as they always run over .

It does seem to have gone quickly this year- and I'm sure the final is a week earlier than normal. it doesn't 'guarantee' the winner the Christmas number 1.

Oh, I tell you what I did read somewhere about the new The Voice: apparently, if the judges don't turn around for the singer, their seats REMAIN turned away, and the poor bugger just has to slop quietly off-stage 😂...
