A normal episode is 45-50 so yes tonight's and next weeks are longer

Trills · 19/06/2016 20:36

I think it's an hour

AintNobodyHereButUsKittens · 19/06/2016 20:36

Clash that's a ridiculous plan. Just get up at 5:30am and watch it before you start your morning routine - or if you won't have a house full of curious children, get up at 6am and watch some of it while eating breakfast/doing your makeup.

ClashCityRocker · 19/06/2016 20:42

So somewhere between 65-70 minutes?

It's doable on paper guys, doable on paper!

Pyro that is bad planning! I've watched a couple in the early morning before work, but it's just not the same for me - I like it to be dark. Plus my husband wakes up and ruins everything with his 'who's that then? Is he a baddie? Why's he doing that then?'

I'm debating watching it in bed on my iPad and hope Dh remains asleep throughout he will tell me off for watching it at 2am in bed on my iPad because he knows I am liable to be a total tired grumpy ratbag the next day

EverySongbirdSays · 19/06/2016 20:56

Well I'm hoping at least one person stays up with me tonight, and I'm hoping for a strong showing next weekend ladies (hard stare)

Clash If Ramsay dies, then we will need new eye-candy [stomps feet] and so the character you mentioned must be in the next season. Or we need lots of shots of Jaime looking magnificent and dreamy.

Tomorrow is the England game, so I doubt I can guilt-trip family into giving up the remote...

pyrowall Are you graduating tomorrow?

lostlalaloopsy · 19/06/2016 21:05

I'm half thinking of getting up at 2 to watch, but I only have NowTv so don't know when it goes on.

Why do i feel nervous about this episode GrinGrinGrin

AintNobodyHereButUsKittens · 19/06/2016 21:10

I watch it on NowTV at 6am so it's definitely on then, dunno about 2am though.

ClashCityRocker · 19/06/2016 21:17

If they're gonna kill Ramsay, we better at least get a penis shot first!

I will do my best every

Unfortunately (well, fortunately really!) Dh works in the same place otherwise I'd text my manage and ask if I can be a couple of hours late (normally fine if I make my time up) but if I don't get a lift in with Dh ill have to use public transport which will make me much later...

Ridiculously excited about this episode!

Planning on working from home next Monday so I can stay up late Sunday.

pyrowall · 19/06/2016 21:38

Next Monday north

pyrowall · 19/06/2016 21:40

Available from 3am on Now TV says Google

TheNorthRemembers · 19/06/2016 21:52

pyrowall Hopefully we'll get a nice sunny week then. Which we'll need after the presumably miserable cliffhanger ending - not a spoiler, just a guess.

Middleoftheroad · 19/06/2016 22:24

Every Going to try join you again for the 2am shift. Bed at 11. Alarm 1.50. Watch GoT then bed... up at 7 Grin

Plan b. Bed and up at six.

Clash I feel your pain. DH watches but still not convinced he knows anybody's names let alone back stories. So I normally say "Dany - you know, one with blonde hair and dragons." Not even going to try explain Bran's visions. Trying to explain Hold the Door was fun!

Middleoftheroad · 19/06/2016 22:35

LostI watched it live on Now TV at 2am last week. I have Sky downstairs as a backup. There was a little buffer facing and I did contemplate going downstairs. Have 2 watch it quietly though as DH sleeps next door (long story concerning my insomnia!) So spent last week with remote to turn down vol on action scenes and up for dialogue. Hard when I just wana blast out those battle cries!

CaitAgusMadra · 19/06/2016 22:37

Will watch in the morn as soon as I can get DS1 dispatched Smile

EverySongbirdSays · 19/06/2016 22:52

Yay Middle I have a fwend.

I'll bring the snacks, if you bring the Wine

I am hoping to watch episode 9 after ds has gone to school in the morning, as unusually I am will be at home- Yeha!. I watch on Sky - but its always so dark - so I miss loads if I watch in daylight. Does anyone else find that? Its not the TV settings - and its the same on both sets- which are both near windows ( no curtains yet). I do hope WOW is published soon! I am wondering if there will be a return to Dorne despite all the murders.

Morifarty · 19/06/2016 23:17

I have a special GOT alarm set for Mondays. It's set at 6am and it's the only day I bounce out of bed. Well, for two more weeks anyway...

EverySongbirdSays · 20/06/2016 01:29

New thread is live. I changed the title format for this auspicious occasion Grin

Oooh, Every, was it good? In very non-spoilery, non-specific way?

Gasp0deTheW0nderD0g · 20/06/2016 17:29

Not Every, but yes, it was astoundingly good. Unmissable.
