Anyone pick up the possibility Sansa is pregnant with Ramsey's child.Notice she asks little finger what Ramsey did and comments on being used for a heir and how his treatment and torment is currently affecting her now. If she completely distrusted Jon she wouldn't go with him or inform him of her uncles army in the first place. The only thing she kept was that she meet with little finger.

IAmNotAMindReader · 23/05/2016 09:46

Sorry to post after my own post.
What if this is another Hodor/Hold the door loop?
What if Bran realises the Nights King can always find him as he wanders around the past and his only escape is to warg into a young Bloodraven.
Blooodraven said a few things that could hint at this with him saying it was time for Bran to become him...he could have meant literally and the fact that he looked sad whenever Bran tried something or asked if he was ready. He knows from bitter experience whatever he tries will lead him back there to that tree.

Stardust160 · 23/05/2016 09:48

If she is pregnant she has the heir to winder felt and the stark name. Obviously Ramsey's a saddastic bastard who she needs rid of although with saving her room

TheUnsullied · 23/05/2016 10:01

She'd only be carrying the heir to Winterfell if we accept that Ramsey is really Lord of Winterfell. Isn't Bran technically Lord now?

Stardust160 · 23/05/2016 10:03

Well as far as they know bran hasn't been seen. She could state the marriage is valid and she's the rightful heir carrying the next heir.

TheUnsullied · 23/05/2016 10:12

Does anyone else think there's been a slight change in style since we've gone off-book? A bit more room for humour, powerful women with decent storylines, etc?

IAmNotAMindReader · 23/05/2016 10:16

Sansa becomes the rightful heir if Ramsay, Bran and Rick on die. However fir her to be able to retain the seat of power as things stand now. She'd have to be pardoned of treason for her assumed involvement in the plot to kill Joffery. Now weather the existing regime do that or a new one remains to be seen.
Rickon will be flayed and displayed on the ramparts as soon as an army approaches Winterfell.
Bran is probably trapped in a time loop in the past.
Jon will stay unlegitimised.

IAmNotAMindReader · 23/05/2016 10:17

Apologies for typos phone acting up

TheNorthRemembers · 23/05/2016 10:20

Sansa would have to kill Rickon and Bran to be the heir. That is very dark even for GOT.

DarkStark was mentioned by somebody on the previous thread in relation to Rickon.

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 23/05/2016 10:27

Proper sobbing at hodor :(

I think the only reason sansa lied to john about littlefinger was that she didnt want him to know that he had offered the knights of the vale to help, as she didnt want any help from littlefinger cause she is (rightfully!) bloody angry at him. Could it be that simple?

EverySongbirdSays · 23/05/2016 11:11

Thinking about Sansa/Littlefinger.

She is right to refuse The Knights Of Vale as Littlefinger can't be trusted, she maybe knows that Jon would override her decision because of the allure of more troops.

He could TOTALLY be bullshitting her about Riverrun, or not, it's hard to know with him.

There's also the Pink Letter Theory that says Ramsey never wrote the threatening letter, Littlefinger did, this has been denied by someone from the show, but they also said Jon was dead so.....

I keep thinking back to that image in the trailer of Littlefinger dismounting a horse in the snow. Have we seen that yet? Or is he about to interrupt them on their journey to Riverrun. Will Jon then overrule Sansa?

A Sansa child would have no real claim to Winterfell for a multitude of reasons. Jon has more claim really because her child would be seen as Bolton first, Stark second, literally all other Starks including Jon would have to die.

Just watched it. Haven't RTFT but...

That's the first time GOT has made me cry Sad

teaandcake789 · 23/05/2016 11:32

Hodor Sad
I don't think Sansa mistrusts Jon or would go behind his back or anything. At the moment, he is the only person she can truely trust. As for power trip, I think she's just fucked off. So far she's been sent to kings landing where she was bullied and beaten by her fiancé Joffrey, forced to marry a dwarf, smuggled out and forced to trust little finger who she witnessed murder her aunt whilst then being forced to marry Ramsay. I just think she's had enough of men telling her what to do all the time and rather then being a little meek woman which everyone expected her to become at the beginning she's starting to stand up for herself. As for she can't rule winterfell as of bran and rickon, well the boltons currently have it and they aren't Neds heirs either. If you fight and win you get it.
I'm bored of the black & white scenes too. I hope arya walks away now. Her conscience and family loyalties come first.
I really can't see what is going on with bran. Is meera really going to drag him all the way back to the all on her own? I don't get it. I can't see this ending well.

SagaNorensLeatherTrousers · 23/05/2016 11:32

Hold the door.

EverySongbirdSays · 23/05/2016 11:39

I really don't know how Meera, alone, is supposed to get Bran anywhere over long distances, BUT if he is Bloodraven now, he can warg, and surely must, into literally anything, perhaps even Meera.

EverySongbirdSays · 23/05/2016 11:42

Next weeks trailer

Bran still has warg eyes. This is not a drill. Is "Bran Stark" dead

OP posts:
SagaNorensLeatherTrousers · 23/05/2016 11:44

Just read a good theory...if the mark on Bran from being touched could undo the Children's magic, does that mean if Bran tries to escape past the wall, it will undo the wall's magic too?! Shock

emilybohemia · 23/05/2016 12:11

EverySong, I took the episode to mean that Bran died inside Hodor and that Bran is Bloodraven now.

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 23/05/2016 12:21

What other doors were there in this episode?
I remember whathisface of the night watch saying to shut the gate, any others? Theres normally more than one reference to the title..?

Next week is "blood of my blood"...

CaitAgusMadra · 23/05/2016 12:21

Great episode, possibly not the best idea to watch it at 8am though, I'll be emotionally drained for the rest of the day.

I agree with some of what's been mentioned already, think Sansa just knows that Jon won't be able to resist the idea of the army of the Vale & she doesn't trust / want to ally with littlefinger. Also strongly suspect she is pregnant.

Any ideas about the new red priestess? Do we know anything about Varys's castration i.e. What he heard in flames? Is she the sorcerer in disguise?

And lastly in the trailer who is saying "I'm so sorry" right at the start, Meera or Sansa? I don't know what will happen there, she can't drag him all the way back to the wall with an army of white walkers 5 minutes behind them. I wonder will Coldhands come to the rescue...or Benjen?!

EverySongbirdSays · 23/05/2016 12:23

Yes definitely that is what I think - although Bloodraven is the three eyed raven and one of those eyes is now the spirit of Bran.

On a side note. Production did do an absolutely fab job casting child actors who have grown up to be great actors, Maisie and Isaac particularly, little girl who played Shireen was great too. You normally do get a few duds in this kind of production.

OP posts:
EverySongbirdSays · 23/05/2016 12:25

"I'm so sorry" is definitely Meera.

EverySongbirdSays · 23/05/2016 12:28

Usually a title has multiple meanings it's true, but as this was the big Hodor reveal and death I think it's just him. It's only fitting.
