Not even a hint of a whisper of a spoiler please - we're going with UK time, so Sunday night.

Christmas is feeling like a minor interruption on the road to the season finale. I want it over with so we're closer to seeing just how sensible Carrie was when she went alone down a sarin-loaded train tunnel, and the total number of injuries Quinn can sustain in a single season. I predict he'll leave hospital and there will be some freak injury involving currywurst.

Surely Tuffers can afford lights?

Stuffofawesome · 27/12/2015 22:02

WTF?

PseudoBadger · 27/12/2015 22:02

Ewwww

TheSpottedZebra · 27/12/2015 22:03

Oh it's her apartment with dim lighting?
Was that a proposal?

Lweji · 27/12/2015 22:03

Series 6?
when she finds out Tuffers has malefic intents, after sleeping with him

ThursdayLastWeek · 27/12/2015 22:04

Oh shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit

Stuffofawesome · 27/12/2015 22:04

Hair had holes

bearleftmonkeyright · 27/12/2015 22:05

The end of Hair

TheSpottedZebra · 27/12/2015 22:05

Hair had holes....

but she still had her heels.

Lweji · 27/12/2015 22:06

Did you all notice she didn't have heels or a skirt when getting in the car? She was virtually on Carrie's uniform.

That's what done her. She wasn't nails anymore.

PseudoBadger · 27/12/2015 22:06

Is she going to kill him

Lweji · 27/12/2015 22:07

Was that a tied up end or a split end, though? For Hair

TheSpottedZebra · 27/12/2015 22:07

Gosh, Lweji I obviously didn't notice that.
Did she at least still have her bag? She loved that bag!

Lweji · 27/12/2015 22:08

I don't think so. It was all spelled out. And her face knew it.

TheSpottedZebra · 27/12/2015 22:08

Ok these golden lights are a bit stupid.
Is heaven really calling him?

bearleftmonkeyright · 27/12/2015 22:09

Really enjoyed that episode.

Shirkingfromhome · 27/12/2015 22:10

Is that it?! An ambiguous proposal from tuffers and Quinn re-enacting a scene from ghost. He's obviously not gone to the dark side or those shadow men would've come for him.

Pigeonpost · 27/12/2015 22:10

Ohhhhh. That didn't feel like an anti climax at all. It all felt very 'right' to me.

Lweji · 27/12/2015 22:10

He will return as a Night Walker, clearly. But only in April.

Swapping with Jon Snow. Who will be sent to the Russian front.

It all ties down really well.

Cocolepew · 27/12/2015 22:10

I LOVED IT!

What is Tuffers up to though? Was he only slagging Carrie off to the Angel because he wanted her?

PseudoBadger · 27/12/2015 22:11

I liked it!

Hassled · 27/12/2015 22:16

It was all a bit theological at the end there, wasn't it? Poor old Quinn. Poor old Hair and her holes. Saul was in cracking form, I thought. I would have liked a bit more detail re the shootout with the jihadis that was referred to, but all in all a damn good finale.

I sat stunned at the end... Wanted to cry, felt quite emotional!
I would have liked to have a "montage" of the whole series as we reflected and then came to a peaceful finish.
So, next series? Set where? Carrie back in CIA? Quinn alive/dead/comatose? Possibilities are endless!
Sunday evenings will not be the same!

Lweji · 27/12/2015 22:21

Carrie has gone quite religious, it seems.
I wonder if that will play a role in series 6.

Lweji · 27/12/2015 22:22

I also liked how they put Quinn in context too. We knew very little about him and his story. He had no one.
