Prosecco Friday much better than B&Q

Gotta love Prosecco Friday! It's the best....

Evening all. Hope you have a great summer hols mooj.

I was fed up of my three together by 9.30 this morning! Fighting over toys and then three sets of tears and stomping of feet! I'm gonna need a Valium to get through 6 weeks of this. Although TBs are at private nursery next week so just me and DD for a couple of days-might make a nice change

pix I need to heap praise on your chapter. I thought it was so beautiful and funny. You captured them so well and it would've been perfect in S2 if only LT was coming back. Sulkfest.

I have a couple of hours to go until prosecco time, or in my case Cava.

We've still got two more days of school, phew!

Cub camp tomorrow, SO don't want to go. I still can't shift my cough and cold so I suspect everyone camped anywhere near me will also wish I wasn't there when I wake them up all night coughing! That'll teach them to believe me when I say I shouldn't go!!

If only we had cub leaders (or any men) who looked like CJ. Will instead be putting my tent up and down with the help of my eight year old!

I'm off to pick up kids via Sainsbury to buy a big bottle of baileys. For medicinal purposes obviously!

Last day of term! Boys will be going back to 6th form (GCSEs depending :() and year 9.. Help.

woof such a brilliant description of the TigerMum. No assembly's etc anymore for me, although I've had the barrage of Facebook updates today about how wonderful their kids are etc, etc!! My youngest came home from school and disappeared without a chance for me to talk to him, he came home with a report... Tad suspicious. He's also staying over at a friends tonight.

I love the idea of Prosecco Friday, mines already been a G&T week, I've been a bit naughty and had one two every night this week :)

nickel good luck with the cub camp can you smuggle a bottle of wine in the rucksack???

Yay! Hotel en route to final destination has super wifi!! Very hot, but the bottle of chilled rosé is helping.

I always forget how big France is. It takes two days of driving (with various refreshment stops and the Russian roulette of whether it's a squat loo) to get down south CJ's much quicker

Living dangerously there ice, at this point I'm normally swearing at MrP more than usual and wrapping presents until 1am.

Was trying to write but ended up watching the first Hobbit film. Fell asleep after half an hour though. I forgot that AT was in that. Off to bed now. Been so tired this week.

No prosecco for me but my neighbours were round for tea and there are two empty bottles of wine now - does that count? A Mary Berry sausage casserole and gooseberry fool - must have been ok, it all disappeared anyway!

Just over three weeks till my holidays - we're starting off in Lyon and the temperature is currently around 30 C - getting even hotter next week. Red hair and hot weather aren't the best combination but there's time for it to cool off. Must check out the wifi situation in our hotels. It never seemed to be such an issue pre MN and ff!

Some sad news from work today in that my former boss and one of only two managers in our entire company who I have any significant amount of respect for, is leaving. With the redundancies etc, even those unaffected are getting fed up and Mark is one of those. Not only has he been really good to me but he was always helpful if I had a problem even when I didn't work for him.

Have a good camp nickel ! Trust that you stood your ground re planning. Anyway hope the fresh air helps your cold and you enjoy yourself!!!

The hour difference has given me a head start this morning! Morning and adieu everyone. We're heading off to wifi desert once I've accomplished my goal of stuffing myself with the breakfast pastries.

MrP is away today for the best part of the week so we are now entering the vodka on the cornflakes territory. Today is nursery picnic where I will try not to kill the dad who last week told MrP that he didn't think women with children should go out to work.

pixie you need to use CJ's quote to the nursery Dad and tell him it's 2015 and not 1915!

Loved your latest whajeb. I read it very late last night (or this morning) and am about to read it again with my first coffee of the day.

I had my hair cut into a slightly different style yesterday so need to see what it looks like now I've slept on it. It's easy for the hairdresser to make it look good but I never faff around blow drying it so it may look totally different.

I need to remove his testicles with a blunt and rusty implement, ilove, but your reply is probably wiser.
