orphan I've been to the Slaughters and to Snowshill. Did you know that the opening shots of Bridget Jones' Diary was filmed at Snowshill? You are right though that romantic isn't the atmosphere to ask for when going with my best friend. I am STILL not sure how she is going to react once I start grilling the staff about BA... and we have known each other 27 years almost. Mind you, I had to put up with her almost embarrassing enthusiasm when we were at Downton/Highclere last year.

stressy don't see the appeal of Guy Martin, sorry, but when I was having treatment last year for my shoulder, my physio (female I might add) seemed to fancy him. CJ all the way for me!

I think I am starting to live at the wrong end of the day. I've never been a night owl but I think reading this thread and ff in bed has changed me! I've just made a tealoaf with a recipe from a Waitrose magazine and it won't be ready till 11.15. I think another go with the hot wax hand bath is in order now. I might watch a bit of the BAFTAs but the few minutes I saw at the beginning with Stephen Fry didn't really inspire me much.

I think you have to be at the height of post natal insanity and maternity leave boredom to find Mr Bloom attractive. Plus he has a totally inappropriate relationship with that cabbage....

Yes, looking at his pic I find it hard to believe. It's the second article to appear when you Google him. Apparently, mums on Facebook started asking him lewd questions such as 'can you feel my melons to check they're ripe?'!!!

Just finished watching Vera episode, oh dear oh dear oh dear, CJ he certainly ain't! BA's eyebrows should have their own agent as they are acting of their own accord without a script!! Hair is all wrong and he looks the same age as my DS. Not quite as bad as that pelvic thrust clip that came up five threads ago which is still giving me nightmares but soooo very not right. Had to watch the OG restaurant scene again before bed to restore my sanity, aaah that's better.

Never heard of Guy Martin but think my hands are full enough with CJ, Strike Back Boys, Crixus, Rupert, D'Artagnan, RPJ and Damien to try and probe anybody else - I do need some sleep you know Grin
