Afternoon everyone! Absolutely freezing here today - could do with a slanket myself, especially if CJ was already inside it!!

I am having a very lazy sat afternoon. Laying on the sofa watching Ep 1, no slanket though :(

I can't remember who said it but BA is a lot slimmer in OG than Reign. I've watched the whole Ep without having Fast forwarding!! I love the end when he grins, and walks back to his tent, showing the most gorgeous behind!...!on to Ep 2 now. Sat afternoon bliss :)

Lucky you richtea, sounds perfect! I see what you mean on the site rhubarb, I can read stories but can't login or review etc. Worrying - I need to remember to go in and back up everything I have on document manager before it gets automatically deleted!

I think the fur lined robe from the reign costume department could easily be turned round to make a slanket...

How is it I know the rude stuff but not what a slanket is? Worrying about myself now. Recovering from changing duvet cover, 5ft in height does not result in long enough arms to deal with superking sized duvet.

On the plus side, glimpsed boxer shorts man in his combats...

I have all my stories saved on google docs so theoretically I still have access everything (in as much as cloud storage is just putting your files on someone else's computer).

Did I miss something? Who is boxer shorts man?

I think icemist needs to get down there and set up some surveillance equipment and live stream it over the internet for us all

Re: FF Pixie I write all my stuff in Word and simply copy and paste so I do have everything on my own PC but sometimes I make small last minute changes when reviewing the final version which aren't reflected in my copy - still it's not war and peace, so not the end of the world if its messed up somehow, just annoying. Some of the people complaining on the website error site sound seriously deranged and probably have anger management issues!

Onlygirl was thinking idly this morning while drying my hair what a great idea for a book the whole RL Chris situation could be if you were tempted to write something - you could even call it 'Real Life Chris' - lady author writes steamy books with main character based on someone she knows and which closely resemble his real life exploits but she is desperate that he doesn't find out - will he or won't he? - scope for lots of twists and turns or should that be swivels in the plot!

Ha, rhubarb that's not a bad idea! Although I need to point out that I could never write a steamy scene which actually featured RL Chris - it would be very, very wrong . If I do anything else, I shall be sticking to CJ only. I'm actually not sure if I can write about RL Chris any more, it means I have to think about him way too much, probably not healthy!

DH is getting suspicious about the amount of time I spend tapping away on the laptop, although I'm not writing any more so that should hopefully die down now. I wonder what he would take worse; the CJ fantasies writing, the steamy content, or the incorporation of a RL friend in the story?! I dread to think. It's genuinely beginning to worry me

Back home now. Brunch turned into lunch and afternoon tea!

onlygirl yes, icemist is right - cocktails served in a teapot and poured into tea cups. Just it made me laugh that galumphing teen boys are drinking that!

mooj mmmm, sounds very nice. Reminds me of staying at my friend's who had a neighbour whose bathroom faced directly her spare room window. Don't know if he realised that his rather vigorous towelling action post-shower could be seen very clearly. Annoyingly, he wasn't long and slender of limb but rather more gladiator in build (so cjwoof would have been an ideal audience).

Oh, no more RL Chris stories then? I can't remember, is he actually called Chris in RL or have you changed his name?

Different name orphan, funnily enough his RL name was already used by an OG character!

I don't know about RL Chris stories. I'm definitely having a break from it for a little while, but I do have a bit of an idea for a couple of short follow ups to how could I forget, which would obviously have to include him. I definitely wouldn't be able to hack another long story at the moment, if I do anything it will be shorter.

jen if your husband starts questioning just strategically bring out the 'manual'- that should distract him!!!

Well I've managed to watch Ep1, 2 and 3 this afternoon, and it has just reminded me (didn't really need it, but) how much he is totally heavenly. My heart aches all over again :)
