Ahh missed you lot tonight, you do all really make me laugh :) you cheer up the day.

I've been to see Kingsmen tonight, Colin Firth and Mark Strong...... Very good, but "shoot um up" film, but good. I don't think it will get a BAFTA!

Ah yes Richtea Mark Strong - hope he's on the list of wrestling contenders - that voice alone could make my clothes fall off (dunno why but that seems to happen a lot).

Rhubarb I think that quote is so apt although( from my perspective anyway) the trouble with thinking of something like that happening in RL can make you more than a little dissatisfied with aforementioned RL...anyway..
I wasn't going to post again as have never done anything like this before and I also find you ladies so hard to keep up with but have to say that in the last 48 hours you have made me lol A LOT about swivel chairs and manuals - something I realise I do too far too little of in RL ( about any subject matter not swivel chairs!) and I have also loved the new ff, awesome. I've also watched the whole of a reign ep for the first time and although my conclusion is it is pretty dreadful, now I know looking at those sites isn't going to engulf my laptop in spam I will def be watching again. BUT what is it with BA's hammed up emphasis of certain words within his sentences when he's talking...he is so much better than this and I really wish it wasn't a ( dire) period drama.

Ditto Iloupey Reign is pretty dire esp in the wardrobe and script department, but I guess once he's signed up to do it BA is contracted to see it through to the bitter end poor devil. Just wish he would come back to Blighty and do the stuff he's bloody good at ie. low slung combats and "appropriate moments"

Wasn't Mark Strong down as compere for the wrestling?

Just watched Wolf Hall ep 2. Have to say The Sausage is even less appealing in this. The costumes do nothing for him (has he been given a padded/prosthetic belly?) and as richtea mentioned, his neck is straining his sausage skin.

lloupey I think BA's hammy diction is down to the director saying "You're playing a villain , Ben and the audience can't be trusted to realise this unless you emphasise certain words in a really villainous way."

Yes orphan I read somewhere The Sausage had a prosthetic body suit to round him up a bit to play Henry. I'd still have his babies (The Sausage's not Henry VIII's) even though my womb is now a shrivelled old walnut so I don't mind showing him into an ante room and preparing him pre-wrestle before CJ wipes the floor with him beats him fair and square. Then I'd happily volunteer to take him back to said ante room for some post-contest massage and probing....erm questions on tactics .

cjwoof don't forget to prick The Sausage before you probe grill him.

apsara glad everything went well last week. Only one more week and you can have a week off .... sit around, feet up, nothing to do ..... your kids will let you do that, right?!!!!!

I fell asleep with littlie again last night. I really should get my sleep sorted. Am now wide awake having had eight hours sleep ... At least three more than usual! So, am going to put OG on, and finish reading IHYAHello which I still haven't finished!

Another who crashed out early last night - poor DH, back from a week away and I pass out on the sofa at 9pm

ilove you're right about him getting the benefits, I shall use that as a selling point if he ever does figure it out. He and RL Chris are good friends now, which I'm very glad about. Hasn't always been the case, which was difficult, to say the least. How long is it until your BH visit?! I'm v excited on your behalf!

Scanning back through what I missed last night, and let's just say my morning coffee met the same fate as pixies g&t! Bravo cjwoof - worming, staining and roasting in the one evening - love it!

cjwoof you forget that when BA/CJ is sitting alone in the restaurant at Bailbrook House just waiting for me, my friend will be there too. So the burning question is will he prefer a 5'3" genuine redhead with small icebergs or a taller brunette with oversized ones?

We do video links at work. I could get my colleagues to set it up and give you a tour round the hotel and interview the staff who were involved in the filming?

Am impossibly excited. I keep forgetting all this is fantasy. Must get out more.

BA is in episode of Vera on ITV Encore at 9 tonight.

Is ITV encore on sky? I like Vera, and must have seen it before, but don't remember BA in any of them, so hopefully can get it.

After sleeping all night, just caught up on ff. rhubarb, really enjoying your story. It is really well written and completely gripping. Can't wait to see what happens. whajeb, poor old smurf, still a complete bell end! You have so captured moll and CJ, really made me laugh, glad the story is panning out as it is (don't want to give anything away!!).

Nickel Bath is 2 weeks today. We only have one night there but are then spending two nights in the Cotswolds too. I get to see my godson, his wife and 6 week old baby on the Monday lunchtime too in Bath and we are having a late afternoon spa session at the second hotel too so it will be a very decadent few days away.

Want to make a slight detour via Brize Norton village on a sort of fact finding mission too. There might be some stray uniforms on the loose!??

ilove do you think the hotel might have OG dvds in the rooms or a channel on the tv playing the series on a loop? Perhaps that table in the restaurant has a life size cardboard cutout of CJ permanently in place and guests can take it in turns to sit opposite him?

Or is that more like the kind of thing the owners of 'The Hotel' series on tv would do?

Brize is actually in Carterton ilove, so that's where you have more chance to go uniform spotting
