They turned out nice except there was way too much yellow in the lighthouse one.

Ooh yes Sage green we have it in our kitchen with cream cupboards - lovely. Yes lots of grey today and some odd looking furniture just plonked in the middle of the room ?!

Loved that sage / olive green.

Did not like the mid-century inspired room at all, it looked like a furniture sale room, just as the presenter said! Also the wallpaper was far too dominant.

The bloke's room was a bit rubbish, although it would have been remedied by putting that unit somewhere more sensible. You can't just plonk a bit of furniture in the middle of a room and pretend it divides the space.

He didnt have the chair or sofa facing the tv either

I didn't really like any of them, nothing stood out.

Yikes! I just looked on ebay at the 70's rocket floor lamp that the couple had in orange, we had a white version when I was growing up.

They are v funny. I thought the beach hut one was the hardest, so far. The yellow light house one was a monstrosity and the paint finish of the one in primary colours was .

I really liked fri's grey, masculine winner.
