Anyone watching , so far quite tense especially the music

Enjoying it, but too many similar looking men in it. I get muddled and need explanations.

I'm glad I'm no the only one who gets confused!

It is so slow. I want to find out what happened but blimey it's hard work.

I'm not looking for the similarities either. I enjoyed last night but I think it will drag on too long.

I quite enjoy noting the differences in peoples' appearances 'then' and now. James Nesbitt's character has changed least, suggesting he's not moved on. His ex-wife has changed the most most because she has. I also think her new partner is guilty, he's another one who's changed very little physically. Maybe he's still abducting kids?

He had the opportunity to tip off the network (whoever they are) that the undercover cop had blown their exchange/transfer in the warehouse. He also knew the older cop was going to meet the undercover guy so could arrange to have him killed before he gave up vital information.

I'm also finding it slow and confusing with the flashbacks.

Am I the only one who doesn't think that Olly was wearing the scarf when he went missing? I don't remember seeing it on him and they were swimming in an open air Lido, surely too warm to need a scarf?

The painting scene was really, really creepy

My list of suspects are:
The bloke putting up the reward money - though does seem too obvious
The mayor - he knows the reward money guy and he could have tipped off about the warehouse as he signed the warrant
The husband of the hotel woman
The new husband

Nanny I think the hotel man died at some point, he's not in the present. I think the hotel lady said something about ill health and drinking too much.
There's certainly some very suspicious characters, keeps us guessing.

Don't you mean "Oll-LEH!!" The way they pronounce it is weird.

I wouldn't be surprised if Scottish painter guy and liaison officer man are in cahoots.
