Really struggling with the normality of everything these last few days. I wish I could be content with my lot instead of seeking out a buzz. I feel like it's hard wired in me and like I either can't change or subconsciously don't want to?
Maybe it's made it worse because I've had a dry few days and a clear enough head to think about things?

Anyway, feck it I'm having a few drinks tonight. I'm driving myself mad with all this thinking!

Hi everyone... sorry for disappearing. My dad died suddenly last month so I have to admit that I spent most of May high as a kite. Then I was clean for two weeks until his birthday two days ago.

Today I'm doing a deep clean and then tonight we are going to a party but not drinking as we have an early start tomorrow.
