Fell if the board spectacularly last night. Mr Rehab didn't go to rehab so my source is back. Also drank best part of a bottle of vodka and about 100 fags. Don't think I've slept just tossed and turned. Gah...

I understand about having a partner in crime, it sort of seems more acceptable doing it with someone else (If that makes sense!)

I get that. I don't even enjoy it that much sometimes. After the thrill of that first line it all goes a bit pear shaped trying to hold onto that high.
I'll be on board for the triple day dry challenge this week. I didn't quite manage it last week.

Hooch, hope you're feeling more human now. I think that in life some of us are just prone to flicking the "fuck it" switch. My finger is constantly hovering over it. I'll be doing the 3 alcohol free days next week. This past week on holiday I've become a French national. I'm surprised that I haven't got a French passport!

I think we all like to embrace le Francais. I've written to the French embassy for you Serial.

Let's all put the weekend behind us and aim for a good week riding the tide.

Tomorrow is a new week ladies. I'm aiming for Monday to wednesday booze free so will be here cheering myself and others on.

Morning all

Sounds like we all kept our heads last night with the help of chocolate, tea and an early night. I'm sometimes ravenous on clean sober days and just feel sort of lethargic and pissed off!
..Although it's nice to wake up feeling vaguely normal.
