It's bizarre how our brains conveniently bypass the million reasons why it's a bad idea and just focus on how that first hit will feel! I find it a massive effort to fight that. It's usually strongest early evening.

Has something triggered you today Kinetic? I know you've been finding things tough with your break up but (apart from a couple of hiccups!) you've been doing really well.

I've been trying to be kind to myself and so had my nails done Friday as school finished for Easter, haven't had a drink for 2 days and am pyjamarating pronto.
I got pissed Friday and Saturday and was teetering badly on my board.

One of my favourite bits is when Monica comes running through saying 'I'm getting married today!' Then she falls over :) it's just so well acted :) I am too heavily invested in friends, currently on disc 3-roger the psychiatrist who they all hate, keep forgetting little bits and it's making me smile x
